pickrunner18
I stuck with recon because that's what I used in reach. sprint on x took some getting used to though
Guest
im just gonna have to deal with it for now. i tried jumper and boxer, but adjusting in game wasnt gonna fly.
A_Boring_Story
I used Bumper Jumper on Reach so I preferred sprint being on X.

adamlikesmusic
Got it yesterday afternoon, managed to beat legendary campaign before midnight. Pretty good campaign overall, definitely nothing I didn't see coming by the end. Gonna try out the multiplayer today!
One Hundred Fifty-Two
Played multiplayer for 3 hours at my buddies last night. I am having a hard time telling the difference besides 4 and 3.

Never. They're not a big part of the campaign, but they're scattered throughout the levels. The Covenant are the best part, though; I can't stand the new Forerunner dudes, especially on legendary. pickrunner18
I've only done the first mission on campaign...hopefully beating more of it tonight. I've been on multiplayer quite a bit and got up to level 22. fuck college
PC Music
The Saw with damage boost is like the greatest thing to ever happen to me. Servers were terrible yesterday. Went down for a while and even when they were up hosts were terrible more often than not. Today is a little better, but still having some issues. donttchange
Wasn't jazzed for this at all, but a couple friends convinced me to pick it up. Digging it so far. Ted Kord if anyone wants to play multiplayer.

midnightcity
So, let's talk about how absolutely abysmal this story is. Now, I realize we're talking about a video game here, so complaining about a game's plot is akin to pointing out how messy dirt is - but jesus, Halo 4 sets a new level in pointless technobabble, one dimensional characters and plot convinces. And really, thus far (I'm half way through the campaign) the whole experience is a series of button-presses. Go here, press a button. Okay, now go here, press this button. Rince. Repeat. Despite the amazing visuals, and fun multiplayer, the story is a HUGE step back from Reach, IMO. Edit: Okay, I was just informed by my friend I'm on the last mission - there are only 8. So, this is clearly heading for sequel-bait. Barf.
BuzzersonKillwell
I feel like most of the series stories tend to collapse under their own weight. I have not started the campaign yet though, that is just a stray observation. I'm really enjoying the multiplayer so far, wish there was more small maps for Team Slayer, I know they are coming but they are going to want me to pay. Assholes. midnightcity
Had you bought the LE, you'd get the maps prepaid. (Mind you, for the cost of the online pass, but still, less hassel and a nice box)
BuzzersonKillwell
Fair point. I tend to avoid seasons passes and the like since I'll typically lose focus after the first or second DLC. I don't think I've ever purchased them all, I just tend to move on to another game. Maybe Halo 4 will prove me wrong.
BuzzersonKillwell
Ted Kord if anyone wants to play multiplayer. I'll hit you up tonight, if you see a stray request from El Jeffa you know who it is.
