Eggs are great, plus super healthy since they contain all the building blocks needed to make a chicken. It is kinda gross to think about what they are too much though. I will also be making a select few with bourbon barrell aged maple syrup, just to see how that goes. I will report back at that time. YES. bacon bits in the batter is definitely the way to go. the strips tend to work better for waffles though! also, you just reminded me that i've got a box of chocolate-bacon chip pancake mix that needs to be made soon.
