It was a reference to the trend loving demographic that Hot Topic appeals to. Fun are the newest in a line of bands that cater to the tone deaf who find Fall Out Boy and Paramore to be musically enjoyable. People like my sister listen to fun, who only like music because it is upbeat and she can sing along to it. Anyway, this band rulez. I hope I can be front row in the pit of scene kids and little girls at their next show. Hopefully they have a sik stage show, because who goes to shows for music anyway?
