mytrainwreck
I'm not sure if this question has been answered before as I'd assume this is a point of curiosity, but does anyone have any idea of pressing info on any of the older Vagrant releases? I have quite a few of them (Anniversary, TGUK, Hey Mercedes, Audio Learning Center, New Amsterdams, etc.), and I'm not sure if any of them are limited, it doesn't seem as so, but I would love to know if anyone knows how much of each were pressed. Thanks! Thanks! vagrant doesn't really press vinyl. Most things were licensed out to heroes and villains and cobraside. There's no info for a lot of them. konk
I'm pretty sure Vagrant pressed the H&V stuff that got pressed. They were pressing stuff then and are pressing stuff now. For some reason there were numbers for the RFTC/TGUK split. I don't remember what they were.
mytrainwreck
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought H&V was just a subsidiary of Vagrant that the TGUK guys started? Anyways, I was just interested in seeing how many were actually run, I kinda figured this info might be tough to come across.
bear801
i wish Vagrant would press (or repress?) Paul Westerberg's Stereo/Mono. bathroommonkey
Buffbloom
Do we have a "how many of ____________ were pressed" thread? I have a bunch that I can't find numbers for. Maybe if we had a big list someone with knowledge would come across it one day.
ilikeguitars
When/if you find the pressing numbers, you should also update the discogs info.

paralyticstalks
i wish Vagrant would press (or repress?) Paul Westerberg's Stereo/Mono. I'm still hoping for 'Swimming' by French Kicks eventually/
rtw88
TGUK, Hey Mercedes, and particularly The Anniversary stuff can be hard to come by and worth a bit, though I don't know actual numbers. TGUK stuff has decreased on value since most of it was repressed, but I think Hey Mercedes and The Anniversary still have a few tough to find releases. dreamover
if it's that old and not on deadformat, there's no official pressing info released.
scottheisel
I was in LA the other week and at each of the five record stores I went to, I found multiple sealed copies of that first Audio Learning Center LP for dirt cheap. Literally no one liked that album (except me, I guess).

Literally no one liked that album (except me, I guess). It's a good record, they just never really caught on. You could also buy it straight from Vagrant for $5 for a very long time. Looks like they bumped it back up to $10, though.
konk
Probably 1000 each pressing. Group Sounds probably had more than one pressing, but Live From Camp X-ray might've only been one.

Looks like they bumped it back up to $10, though. I thought it was good too, but I haven't listened to it in quite some time. The packaging was really neat, though, I remember that. Their second album, Cope Park, left a lot less of an impression on me.
scottheisel
Also, both Hey Mercedes LPs were out of 1000 copies, both only on black vinyl. Confirmed it with Todd earlier today.
