Were all of the items in your cart Clearance Items? I guess the $1.99 shipping only works if ALL items in the cart are clearance items. jewfro Posted March 1, 2013 Share Posted March 1, 2013 i had already placed an order (all clearance stuff) so i called to ask if i could add something to it but they said cause of the 1.99 shipping i couldn't add (which is weird because you could order so much shit on clearance and it would still be 1.99. so I checked out via paypal and chose the 1.99 shipping and when i reviewed the order it was still there. we'll see if they let it slide.
