I like all NIN albums, but you think The Slip was better than either The Downward Spiral or The Fragile? I'm not trying to argue with you either, just want to make sure I understand. paranoidantroyd
I'm crossing my fingers that he'll do some sick collabo with Gary Numan and JG Thirlwell at the festival in Asheville. I'd be happy if they just did "Metal".
psus2h
I like all NIN albums, but you think The Slip was better than either The Downward Spiral or The Fragile? I'm not trying to argue with you either, just want to make sure I understand. I think of NIN as two phases. Phase 1 Pretty Hate Machine - The Fragile. 2 with teeth to now. Over the second phase. Yes each has become a finer piece of work. The first phase (addiction) was coming from a completely different place. IMO
daegor
In before "breaking up was a gimmick then?" shit
psus2h
Yeah, well he even sold off all of their gear. He needed to force a break on the NIN front. He did and hopefully that helped him out. I mean if someone as talented as him really threw in the towel for good something would be terribly wrong with this world daegor
