"Official Press Release:
Huntington Beach based No Sleep Records is proud to announce their latest addition to the label’s growing family, Pico Rivera, CA based pop-punk band Seasons Change.

The band made the official announcement at their show last night in Pomona, CA at The Glasshouse in front of a packed So-Cal crowd. They’ll be entering the studio soon to record their new full-length album, due out later this year.

“These kids have a lot of potential, and we are stoked to be behind them and help them reach that potential,” says No Sleep president Chris Hansen. “Get ready for your Up-and-Coming Pop-Punk Album of 2014 to hit your ears this year. Plus they brought us all Vegan treats when we met for the first time, how could we not want them around?”

"No Sleep has always been one of our favorite record labels,” adds vocalist Anthony Robles. “It’s an honor to be part of the same roster as so many of the bands that we look up to, who have inspired us and our music. We are extremely proud to be part of the No Sleep family, and couldn’t be more excited to see what the future has in store.”

Seasons Change is a pop-punk band based just outside of Los Angeles in Pico Rivera, CA. The band got their start playing shows around Southern California every weekend and quickly developed a reputation for their meaningful and memorable songs and their explosive live shows. Performing in predominantly garages and backyards, Seasons Change was truly a DIY affair. For the release of their 2013 EP, Nothing & Everything, Seasons Change sold out local punk venue Aladdin Jr’s in Pomona to nearly 300 fans singing every word. It was then that it became apparent that the band was now a rising force in the LA pop-punk scene. Now teamed with No Sleep Records, Seasons Change will enter the studio soon with esteemed producer Sam Pura to record their debut full-length album.

Their bandcamp doesn't seem to be functional right now (their music is gone), but I found this single on YouTube. It's pretty good!

Not really sure, I felt they were really low for being a brand new release. I highly doubt almost half of each variant has actually sold that quickly.

98% of the time, yes.

Yeah it's confusing to me.  The Allison Weiss looks like it's 1/2 sold out, meanwhile the NS subscription page looks like maybe 10 people have bought a sub.

From a subscribers standpoint, 2014 has been light on "new", non re-issued full lengths from no sleep, are we getting inundated in the second half of the year?

Oh just you wait…. Just you wait… Still to come are the announced albums from Rescuer, Lee Corey Oswald, plus new albums from Aviator, Grey Gordon, Major League, Moose Blood, Daisyhead, Old Lines, Xerxes, In Between, Seasons Change and more. Shit’s going to get cray.

From the NS tumblr.  Also it looks like Chris ordered a U-Turn Orbit, so hopefully he won't be evaluating test presses on his old cheesy table anymore.
