First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who's placed an online mailorder from us over the past 10 weeks, especially everyone that pre-ordered the new A Wilhelm Scream "Career Suicide" LP. The response has been overwhelming and I'm trying to keep up with all those orders as well as all the other items that you guys have been picking up. Your support is greatly appreciated by the bands and myself. Second, a quick update to let you know what's going on with mailorder. As many of you know, our website was down for the better part of the last six weeks due to a server upgrade gone awry that was caused by our good friends over at Hostway.com. Without going into detail about how badly they screwed things up, I'll just leave it at the fact that Jumpstartrecords.com is still not completely fixed. I'm hoping they have all the PHP and SQL database problems cleared up shortly, but in the mean time, the Webstore is back up and running and you can now checkout using your Paypal account directly from our shopping cart as well as normal purchases via Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We're sorry for any problems this has caused. I'm working hard to resolve the remaining issues as well. Because of all the problems caused by what should have been a simple server upgrade, I'm a bit behind on mailorder. AWS pre-sales have started shipping, but please be patient. The number of orders so far has been more than I truly expected, and there is only one of me and over 200 pre-sale orders that were placed. I have had more than a few people contact me with updated shipping information for their order so I figured it would be good to send out a request for any SHIPPING ADDRESS changes to everyone that has placed an online order since AWS pre-sales began. If you'd like to have your records shipped to a different address, please let me know ASAP. Obviously, this doesn't count for those of you that have had their records shipped and received, but I figured I'd send this out now instead of getting a bunch of returned orders because people moved due to college semesters being done, moves, etc. So, if you want to update to a new shipping address GET IN TOUCH WITH ME NOW. If your order hasn't shipped yet I will be sure to get it to the updated address. Again, thank you so much for your order and your patience. Your support is truly appreciated.
