  1. If you're in Toronto, they just got them in at Rotate This. $18.99 though and not sure if it's coloured or not (doesn't say on the shrink wrap).
  2. Ugh, $13.20 shipping to Canada. Hopefully the loser editions will make their way into stores here.
  3. Just got a shipping notice for the cassette. I ordered an extra one and looking to trade towards a yellow OWUWAYN? if anyone is interested.
  4. I think they had it up on Last Gang a couple weeks ago. It's sold out right now, but might be worth a periodic check: http://lastgang.myshopify.com/collections/music-vinyl/products/metric-fantasies
  5. The Drive steel book appears to be sold out both online and in store: http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/drive-best-buy-exclusive-mondo-x-steelbook-blu-ray-combo/m2214452.aspx?path=c8b6de4266aff10c37082427a5aea4dcen02
  6. I'm betting the coloured vinyl will trickle out to stores. I just bought Synthetica a couple weeks ago from the website and it was number 1032. Figured I'd just grab the variant while available since Metric stuff pretty much sells out locally.
  7. Ordered one of the cassettes and figured I'd order the LP as well since shipping in Canada for both is marginally more expensive.
  8. Up for pre-order (June 16 estimated shipping date): http://shop.massappeal.com/collections/music/products/the-alchemist-oh-no-present-welcome-to-los-santos?variant=1337348353
  9. Yeah, if I didn't already own a pair of these, I'd definitely take these off your hands.
  10. In Canada, they were basically the same company (Best Buy has owned Future Shop since 2001). The confusing part was that Best Buy would open their own stores sometimes in close proximity to a Future Shop, so that they would be essentially competing with themselves. The recent Future Shop shuttering has put a stop to that - don't know why it took over 13 years to figure that out though.
  11. Best Buy Canada is still releasing Canadian-exclusive steelbooks, so I think it's more of a licensing/rights thing that determines what gets released where. I have the feeling that both Canada and the US will continue getting exclusives, but they will be different in each country.
  12. Danm that's a solid collection. I'm in Toronto as well, but probably can't afford any of this stuff.
  13. I've begun to avoid that place more often now. They take obsessive and entitled ridiculousness to new levels.
  14. First US steelbook release is Flash Gordon: http://mondotees.com/blogs/news/27961219-mondo-x-steelbook-006-flash-gordon
  15. Yeah, I'm not optimistic about my chances but it's worth a shot. I ordered one of these at my local store, but it'll be a miracle if they get any since it's in Canada and these aren't being distributed outside the US. Would prefer to not pay the exorbitant prices currently being offered for it to get just one 10".
  16. I still think OWUWAYN? or Live It Out is their best album.
  17. If anyone who gets this and doesn't want the Mike McCready 10", I'm looking for a copy!
