I saw folks on /r/IndieHeads have serious concern over this, and some people on Twitter saying rude things about Evan and implying he's some kind of legitimate sexual predator. Hope it doesn't go too far and ruin their career, or in the very least, album cycle.

Just an FYI, you don't need a VMP membership to buy the SVE album from their store.  You'll notice it doesn't have a "Member's Exclusive" banner over it so anyone can buy it.

I didn't order this and I haven't ordered from Milk before but hand-written notes are one of the cool perks of buying tapes from small labels. Almost all of them will include a note and a fistful of stickers, random download codes, candy, old baseball cards, etc. Very cool that Milk does it for their orders.

Got my yellow pressing in today. A personal note from Milk (which I thought was a nice touch) and a milk sticker included. Spinning it as I type this and it sounds flawless so far. 

Yes, the few purchases I've made from Milk have been signed (or have arrived with a signed picture / insert). Here's hoping for another!

I'm still getting the email updates, even though I cancelled.
 
I usually wouldn't want an accidentally-free record from a small label/store, but due to the next-level bs he's been feeding us for 18 months, here's hoping his awful business admin leads to it happening (although I highly doubt ANYONE will be getting one).

I'll believe it when @rogeoa8 has it in his infinitely patient and trusting hands.

The website, which had been expired, is active again however.  Also, the website (which is surely true and accurate) says they are on schedule for a spring 2017 release - I think that ship has sailed again.  I'm having the strangest sense of deja vu.  Thankfully this time around I don't have any money invested in the outcome.

Well, this happened today. 
 

I think it's biggest problem is it just pales in comparison to the Old Gray album. I still like it as a companion piece to that album and there are some great songs. It's just...not as visceral and immediate. Slow Burn gets under my skin and in my head.
 
I really wish they'd tour even 1/10 as much with Old Gray as they do with SN.

How was the performance? I saw them a couple of months back and thought they were amazing. Also got to chat with Evan for a while... Really nice guy.

I am so happy with this album.  Stetson can do no wrong.

Filmed their whole set last night at First Unitarian Church. I've got some other shows I gotta edit before I'll have a chance to work on this, but I'll have it up on YouTube within 2-3 weeks at most.
