nail on the head. amtrak costs wayyyyy too much. from dc to phila it's $77 if you buy a ticket the week of the trip. and acela is like $70 more for like 30 min faster. a plane ticket would prob be less then 80 bucks and its a 25 min flight. i stick to the good ol' chinatown bus for 15 bills. but yea... flying would no doubt be way cheaper still. amtrak would need to scale back the time/cost ratio A LOT.

cool! i currently do IT/helpdesk/everything electronic for a law firm here in dc. it's a good job, a series of small challenges everyday, always something new. plus lawyers don't want to learn shit, so a lot of it is basic. i work in the Watergate which is fairly neat.

hm i was wondering why the 930club switched to ticketfly. i still got charged $8.75 on a $15 ticket... that's prettay cool!!

i dont think the andrew wk persona was meant to deceive anyone, it seems more of a social experiment. i mean that video explains it pretty clearly. i really enjoy listening to his words and his take on life. He wrote a foreword to the 'Heavy Metal Activity Book' by Aye Jay and it is seriously awesome, about how energy moves from person to person. I will type the whole thing to internets eventually.
