  1. Me:  Checks Discogs+eBay daily hoping someone posts up a copy of Northstar's "Pollyanna".

  2. what an amazing band. love them so much. i tried collecting their discog for a minute, but eventually I realized how annoying it was going to be tracking down the /20 variant & the stuff you're looking for here. I have test presses + "press advance" copies of it won't snow + no signal.
  3. I mean, you look at his history on this site - he has phenomenal feedback and overall seems like a really good seller. I purchased from him twice recently and multiple times in recent years. I've never had any problem at all. Hopefully this is settled soon, he's one of my favorite guys to deal with here.
  4. Can vouch for this guy. He is always quick to respond to me. I don't think he's ignoring anyone intentionally. Dude had been an A+ person to deal with since day 1.
  5. Heavily debating that Blue Sky Noise deluxe. It's such a tough call to drop $100 haha.
  6. I tried that, I swear! It's a thing that I've noticed on every purchase I make with those types of drop down menus. It only helps so much. I appreciate it, haha.
  7. Downside to ordering from your phone: the scroll option bar doesn't really show you what you're ordering. Had I known I had to buy a huge bundle to purchase the lathe, I would have jumped on one of the bundles. I just thought the lathe was already gone because fans are insane and there was only 100 pressed. Now, looking at it from a computer, I could have easily purchased the lathe. Oh well. Sorority Noise is so much more enjoyable than almost all of their contemporaries. I'm excited for this, and I hope I end up enjoying it more than Joy, Departed, but even if I don't, it'll still be awesome.
  8. Thanks for the heads up on the deal. I bought a few records for basically regular prices because of it. I wish I could have used a $45/90 code because I would have scooped up another for just a few dollars more total, lol. I ended up spending almost $50 after shipping.
  9. I have a copy of Cope I'd be down to part ways with. I had it, then purchased the box set, I don't need two copies of the album.
  10. I'd be down to buy either record if they were pressed, unless the price was just ridiculous.
  11. Glad I sold my last copy now - this looks way cooler. Hopefully it sounds better than people are anticipating, but I'm sure there's a reason they're worried.
  12. I just have to wonder how in the world that Park test press got as high as it did. I bid up to $30 and stopped because I haven't spent more than $30 on any of my other Park tests. Bummmmmer. haha.
  13. Crazy how much vinyl jumps in price when it sells out, even if it had been just kind of sitting there waiting to sell for literally years, like in this case.
  14. I'm very surprised at how quickly the /300 sold out. It was in my cart, but when I went to checkout it wouldn't let me. It drives me nuts how these sites work, lol. If I am able to put it in my cart, why can't I check out with the item?
  15. there is nothing more frustrating than getting an offer 40%+ lower than eBay value from people on here, then hearing people saying stuff like "if u wanted eBay pricez just go 2 eBay". nah man, I just want a fair deal. Generally, people on here - especially those that have a ton of rep, are competely willing to work with you and give you a solid deal, but man, it's unreal how many lowball offers people send. Good luck with your baby, awesome news.
  16. That was not at all what I meant. People used to complain about their vinyl releases often, upset with the lack of effort they put into them, whether it's being upset over the inner insert (or lack of one) or being upset over the single, super thin LP. The one redeeming thing for many is that their prices haven't risen in the same vein as other labels. The main point I was making in this thread is that Victory had nothing to do with Killing Time being $7.99 because they didn't release it. On another note, I received my copy today! I didn't expect to get it so soon, honestly. Really happy about it.
  17. Victory didn't release Killing Time, though. They're great with prices, but they also don't really put together the best product generally. Killing Time was Bayside's first post-victory release.
  18. Just about every record is $10. There are a few exceptions, and a good amount of those sold right away anyways. Dude is a great seller, and I appreciate the great deal that I got.
