If you send the records in a proper LP mailer with some extra bubble wrap or cardboard squares, it opens up the record to warping and it makes the split seams impervious to glue.  You have to send it in between two pieces of wonky cardboard.

Jesus christ lock this shit already. It's like Toki vs. Rambo except it's stl_ben vs half the board. He clearly isnt able to step away from his computer screen for some fucking reason and feels the need to continue pouring gasoline all over the fire. 2. By the time I figured out this is about My Chemical Romance I near spit water all over my computer screen - band is so awful but I guess everyone has all the Blink records they can hold so a new obsession is needed. 
3. True Story: one of their first shows was opening for some friends of mine in NJ. They were better back then actually. They didn't have the dumb haircuts and Hot Topic look and came across like they actually cared instead of the over-produced mall rock they became. Anyway, I got really drunk and spent the night unable to get over how stupid their band name is. The evening ended with a bunch of butt hurt kids wondering why I was making fun of their bands name. 
4. I guess they got the last laugh considering no one else seems to think this about them or their name. 
5. Flipping records in this manner isn't nice but with all the indignation going around all I can ask is that you instead channel your energy into something that actually matters in this world. Go out and do some good instead of being a dumb keyboard warrior crusading against the excesses of materialism.

So. In further cementing my misanthropy pure this went down during my lunch hour.
 
My work territory that I cover includes an area named Pompano Beach. It does get sketchy in some parts but nothing crazy. I stopped in to have lunch at Pollo Tropical, which is a Caribbean/Latino place for anyone who may not of them. I'm having lunch with a friend that I ran into there and we were sitting at a table close to the window so we're essentially watching the front entrance and foot traffic from the parking lot. We suddenly hear some shouting and just overall loud talking. We look out as we see this homeless man, who has been standing there for some time now asking for change from any passerby, and see that these three white trash-looking guys in their late teens, are harassing this man. They're not putting their hands on in or anything but verbally berating him. Saying shit like "leave here now!" and calling him garbage.
 
My friend and I just look at each other in disbelief that this is happening right in front of us. Without even saying anything, we both get up and walk out and confront these punks. They start getting mouthy and loud on us since they "outnumber" us and they're being all tough. We proceed to start yelling shit at them in Spanish cuz why not. As if on cue, two sherrif's officers show up. (There's a station close by and there are cops usually around the area anyways). Immediately these three idiots freeze and now have nothing to say. The two cops bitch them out and they run off.
 
The homeless guy was in tears. We stood around there with the cops for a few minutes to talk to him and make sure he was OK. He was rattled and freaked out but he expressed that he was more shocked that some random strangers jumped in to diffuse the situation. The cops offered to buy us lunch but we told them to buy the guy lunch instead as it he needs it more than we do.
 
Seeing all of this take place esp. at the start of it is what makes me despise the world and people. It frustrates me to no end that while I try to be a proper person and do what's right, there are still those who are just shit and scumbags. It's the way of the world I guess, and that's a sad reality.

You're not getting it. If you bought the record - singular, not a dozen copies of the same limited variant - because you were a fan, and then sold it 3 years down the road, I see no issue. People outgrow arists and tastes evolve over time. I've sold nostalgic purchases I made in 2009 because the going rates can fund 8-10 new releases that are relevant to my current tastes. There is no harm in that.
What you're doing is specifically lurking VC like a pathetic mouth-breather, gauging hype behind releases that you're (probably) completely clueless to, and have zero ambition to own or listen to. That's where the problem lies. If you bought albums because you were excited about the music on them, the community wouldn't be giving you shit. But at the end of the day you're just here to prowl discussions and leech off general excitement in hopes of making a quick buck. So, yeah, fuck off.

Not so much about who's in the band, or who isn't, for that matter. Just can't help but draw entirely different comparisons now, it's like a total paradigm shift.
S/T was more my taste anyway, though, or at least at the time that it came out it connected with me more, I should really revisit it. SWWW S/T is great too, need to revisit that as well.  Maybe this new one will connect after more listens.
Definitely not bad, just didn't grip me immediately the the other albums I mentioned.  I wasn't too into anything other than S/T tbh (Horseback collab, nadja* collab, mamiffer collab.)  I didn't even pick up the mamiffer collab, and I used to collect everything ELLH and Mamiffer related, too.  But I had high hopes for this since its the proper follow-up to s/t... well I haven't heard the whole thing yet, and I might just pick it up on CD anyway and then end up liking it after a proper front-to-back listen.

I think they get it now, just kind of hard to believe at first.  I, too, thought, 'wow really? but pyramids and rxb don't sound very similar.'  Hell I even was friends with 'Rich Loren' as he was known on fb and knew him from Pyramids and SWWW, but I had also known of and listened to rxb and tsoaf and didn't even make that connection.  Until I learned the First initial Middle name format, that's when I was like 'oh, shit, weird.' Even just thinking about the other band's they've done collabs with... it such a different fit.  But that why I just see it as same members, different band leader, different vision.
And I'm not sure if I'd ever heard Matt Kelly's vocals? I'm not as familiar with his stuff, what other bands was he in?

Do you collect those bands because they are related to Circa or because you like them in their own right? Like, if Circa didn't exist would you variant collect them? I'm not asking in a condescending way, to be clear, I'm actually just curious. I have everything except the painted Young Legs because the price was ridiculous for how little you got and I don't really like the album too much either. It's alright, I guess. But I just like those bands independently.
