I have several 5x5 and I would highly suggest going to the hardware store and cross bracing the unit. A simple wooden brace at a 45 degree angle forming an x on the back would make that unit very sturdy. L brace it at the top.. once you fill it, it will take a lot to tip unless a kid climbs on it. Just a tip....

If you would have told me this two years or so ago I would have said the same thing....then once you get into the world of vinyl toys and sofubi etc...you realize $500 a piece is not bad if you work a few extra hours of OT. The shit is addictive if your into it and can get crazy if you don't know how to budget properly....of course the flippers are there willing to try and sell you a $500 piece for $1000 plus.... I normally don't talk about sofubi on here but considering they got retroband to make the mold I was quite excited....back to your regularly scheduled programming now.

They are manufactured by retroband aka Aaron Moreno....he does quality work! From big vinyl toys to minis....all of it is quite amazing and detailed. If this sculpt is anything like his other minis, it will look quite impressive and probably be about $20. His small pieces also sell out within minutes and any of the big stuff within seconds. There are quite a few collectors out there that love his style. Good luck to all tomorrow and hopefully there are plenty to go round.

It would be but he has taken on a whole new adventure with the vinyl "sofubi" game. His paintwork is amazing and he has been collaborating with some top notch artists in that industry. If you get the chance, check out his new deadly spawn piece that will be releasing soon. His gallagantus piece is absolutely stunning in person. Be careful though, I started collecting years ago and finally have been able to afford some nice pieces lately.....the prices on some of this stuff makes record collecting seem cheap!

Ya no problem. I did a lot of research on this before I bought my VPI. You can order the reagant grade water from a lot of placess just Google 9800-5 reagant water...as long as it ships to a business address you should not have an issue. Mix 16oz of that with the down with dirty concentrate and you have tons of cleaning liquid. Then you have enough water to rinse clean after scrubbing also. If you don't want to deal with 5 gallons just check with a local college or high school about DI water... sometimes you can get it in smaller quantities. Hope that helps.

I use the audio intelligent concentrate. A whole bottle lasts a year. Just mix with something better than DI water. You can order it from chemical places or lab supply shops. Try the down with dirty concentrate and mix with the water....you use about 20ml per 16oz of water so it should last a while! Water can be bought 5 gallons at a time reagant grade for about $80 shipped
