  1. So what happens if they don't come through? What exactly is the guarantee? They don't even charge until it ships so it isn't even a money back guarantee.
  2. Nope, in the US. Tried all sorts of ZIPs just to test and they all spit out the same error. BUT it seems to be resolved now, so all is well!
  3. Anyone else having trouble checking out? Keeps telling me they don't ship to my destination, regardless of what address I enter.
  4. I wonder why someone like Mark, who's always spoken of in such positive light in the record collecting community - Saint like, really, with not a morsel of negativity - and has been nothing short of totally accommodating to his devoted fan base, would do something to make it harder for those fans to buy his music? Such a puzzle...
  5. I really hope the colored vinyl doesn't cause any noise in the otherwise sonic perfection that is the WWF 80's novelty albums.
  6. I agree the UK mailers are garbage but I've grown quite fond of the Amazon style ones and think they offer really good protection; am I in the minority here?
  7. I've read this entire thread and the only real question I'm left with is this: why isn't your VC username "Waves Records Vinyl s"?
  8. It's the thing where you take two midgets, spin them around for 60 seconds, then make them frantically press the F5 key after noon on a new release day.
  9. It looks like it was free, then went behind a paywall with limited free content for a $50 per quarter subcription fee and eventually (in 2013) rose to $250 per quarter with no free content whatsoever (and, according to them, a waiting list). I'm thinking they have, what, maybe two paid subscribers?
  10. The Record Flipper team? Is that like some kind of WWE thing or something?
  11. No kidding - I won't go near that place in the weeks leading up to Faberge Egg Store Day. What a circus...
  12. I thought the info they posted on this said it would be the only physical release of the song.
  13. I'm enjoying this thread a lot myself. Seems like people are happily venting years of suppressed frustration and anger towards online feedback systems. I think this thread will be directly responsible for preventing a half dozen or more strokes.
  14. The biggest problem is that most people have been conditioned to view neutral feedback, whether on eBay or Discogs, as pretty much negative. If it worked as it was originally intended, I think it would have been fine to just leave a neutral head's up message saying a record was misgraded. As it stands, some buyers might look at the guy's feedback, see a neutral, not even read the comment, and pass on a possible purchase.
  15. If there's one way this album was intended to be listened to, it's on white vinyl Japanese bootleg.
