Try find a Nexus Jap Press or Banzai Canadian press of RTL on the cheap.....i have them both and they sound fucking amazing.....i spend a bit of cash with the Nexus and the Black Label Banzai......but the white label Banzai is more common and can be found for a good price

I once had a Mesa Dual recto with a Krank Dime Cab, i had made plans to move overseas, free trip from my mum back in the day to get away from a girl i was seeing (she was a problem hahah) so i sold the lot and regret it to this day......i also never went OS because i landed a killer job.....i dont regret that part....... I also got short on money at one point and sold my ESP Series 1 Eclipse.....something i had saved and dreamed of buying......regret that as well.....but saving up again for some sweet gear.......have a ENGL and Krank Cab on the way, real cheap and second hand....and might pick up a Line 6 spider head and a shitty cab for practice anyway, this is all im left with at the moment, not really playing in a band so it suits......ESP LTD EC-401 - ME50 - Headphones......sucks coming from a stage ready set up.....to this......but it keeps me practicing

Saw them twice a couple of weeks back with Dead Letter and Karnivool......the sound....oh the sound.....solid band and i thought they were much better than DLC....should have been DLC, SMW and then Karnivool Cant justify $90+ on vinyl......the last record was expensive enough

Hopefully we would have much more then we should paid off in the first couple of years and the value of the house/prop will have raised.....we are building in a newer area that has major expansion plans.....shopping centers....schools ect ect so hopefully that will assist in house prices rising......fun times The plan isnt to move on from here in 5-10....but to use this as a platform to invest in more property.... I work as a police dispatcher in Australia if that was aimed at me

Just got a block thats a stock standard size for Melbourne/Victoria is suppose.......may be tiny compared some properties ive seen through friends in the states 14m X 32m .........448sqM.......will be trying to put a 25sq house on it......4 bedrooms.....master with a killer en suite and an awesome outdoor entertainment area Its more than likely a 5-10 year investment......wait for equity to build so we can buy other houses and invest invest invest I suppose...... Really looking forward to the build plan process......so many things to think about
