Is your 5m pace day an even effort at 10m race pace?
I'd recommend varying your distances and paces more. Variance in your workouts will make a big difference on race day.
Are you open to doing more than 3 runs any of those weeks? What are your racing goals? Are you shooting for a specific time?
I'd be happy to map out a training plan for you.

When my legs are feeling really dead, I do 2 or 3 consecutive days of super easy runs (l'm talking 30-60 seconds slower per mile than a usual easy day). These runs feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but I can usually shake off that sluggish feeling by the third mile. I also recommend ice baths (waist deep, no colder than 45 degrees, no longer than 15 minutes). Other than lots of sleep, liquids, and good calories, I don't have much else. I have a friend who swears by beet juice, but I've never tried it.

There were two recent repressing. The two disc remaster with updated artwork sounds fantastic. The single LP repress is horrendous

I got a bit lost on my run this morning. I tried a new route and ended up nowhere near where I thought I was going to be. Basically, I turned the wrong way and thought I was going south but was actually going north. Stupid clouds covering the sunrise!
 
On the bright side, I ended up logging my first half marathon on my brand new GPS watch. It was the longest run I've done in 5 years. We'll see if I can walk tomorrow!

I'm hoping to get up to 40 miles per week this month. It feels like a lot, which is funny since I used to run 70 a week! I guess that's what happens when you start to get old.
RhoBearToe, thanks for the kind words. Just to put this into perspective, I ran 15:41 back in 2009. That was the last time I did an actual 5k road race. I'm hoping to do one later this month. I know I won't be anywhere near my PR, but I can dream!

That looks like a perfect tempo run. As long as you get faster or stay consistent, you are doing it right!
The other day I quit my run after five minutes. It was about the worst I had ever felt while running. Figured a walk would be more beneficial. All of my runs since have been great!

Seems like hes trying to give someone The Slip. If Only those 2 tracks are Broken, what a Sin.

Album is great, but the /250 looks lame compared to the pre-release photos.

I thought most of the songs sounded cheesy or forced. I can't imagine listening to this album again when they have such a great discography. But you're right. To each their own. I'm just expressing my opinion, not trying to force anyone to agree with me.

NJ Half Marathon: 1:40:40
 
I couldn't find a final kick in the last two miles to get me below 1:40 - still a best for me by three minutes so no complaints. 
 
I studied up on strategy a bit. Four weeks ago in Philly I logged in at 13.32 in the course of the race. Today in NJ I logged 13.18. I cut my turns much cleaner, seeded myself better, simply put I ran a better race. 

Completed that MORE/FITNESS/SHAPE women's half-marathon on Sunday. Finished at 1:49:49 which I was pleasantly surprised with.  2 out of my 9 qualifiers completed!

No sightings of the blue huh? They must be keeping it like a secret.

Is the coloured version for all of North America or just the US? I think my boss overestimated peoples interest in BtS around here so there's like 20 copies of this record sitting on the shelf. Tempted to slice them open to find a coloured one to help you guys out.
