  1. I just don't know who's buying all those 350 dollar bundles and box sets. Somebody must be since you're still in business, so good on you. I guess my main comment is that most of the stuff you're selling is recent reissues of 60's and 70's artists that I could hunt for rather than drop a giant expensive douche on. Even when you've had a Shins bundle that I considered, it seemed like I could go to a regular record store that already marks up their records exorbitantly, buy them there and still come out ahead. I'm saying your stuff is expensive and that's why I've never ordered from you. Or they could have somebody who checks the email once in a while. Goes both ways.
  2. Title says it. Message me a price, include PPD if you are able. I wouldn't mind buying or trading for other YYU releases, any of them honestly, except the Kiss As We Walk 12". Please! And thank you!
  3. I shamefully have my recent cassette purchases piled up on a shelf, as I have yet to be able to listen or categorize them. It's been a tumultuous couple of months. But today I found myself at Urban Outfitters in the mall with the lady friend, and looking at their cassettes they had some on 'sale' for 5 bucks each. JonWayne - Cassette 2 JonWayne - Cassette 3 The Promise Ring - Nothing Feels Good When she rang them up they somehow all rang up at 2 bucks each, which made me wonder if that's some error or if all cassette 'sale' purchases ring up that way. Might be worth checking out for some of you. Before that, while at a bookstore I dug through their basement tapes and found some great old terrible middle school tapes for a buck each. KoRn - S/T KoRn - Life Is Peachy KoRn - Issues KoRn - Follow The Leader Limp Bizkit - Significant Other Rage Against The Machine - Evil Empire Filter - Title of Record Kittie - Spit Other than that, just random tapes I had been preordering. Elvis Depressedly - Holo Pleasure / California Dreamin' David Bazan - Blanco Miami Vice - Palm Haze Luxury Elite / Saint Pepsi - Late Night Delight KROPN - VHS N64 Tobacco - Sweatbox Dynasty
  4. I sell on Discogs. I have made one or two sales here but my sales topic is slow and dormant, I've made dozens of Discogs sales since making that topic and all I've gotten here are dumb lowballs. I don't sell on eBay simply because the fees seem too high to make it worth it. I haven't found any great used record stores that sell a lot of modern things, although I'm not in a busy city. All used record stores stock around here are old garbage unloaded from someone's basement, or discounted modern records that nobody wants in the first place. So again, Discogs comes to the rescue. Most fair priced in-demand records are gone in a flash on there, though. I'm surprised that the reddit board would be useful - I am loathe to make an account, but it might be a good prospect.
  5. All offers entertained, feel free to check my collection link as well just in case. Can't promise anything but there's stuff I wouldn't mind letting go.
  6. Cash, or we can work something out with the stuff I have listed for sale, if you want to trade. Trade List PM if you want to sell yours.
  7. So, hold on. If you were carrying the bag on your shoulder, why would it matter if the bag handle broke? Were you holding the paper bag by the handles while atop your shoulder? I think that's physically impossible. Do you mean your arm was positioned through the bag handles, and the handle broke through your arm? Why would you carry a normal paper bag that way and not think it would break? And if you brought in 100 records, what did you bring them inside with? Crates? Why not use a crate to bring out your new shiny records? Why does it matter which particular records they were? It would suck even if they were records no one had heard of from the dollar bin. And if the vinyl is fine, what the fuck is the problem, and why are you crying?
  8. $400 for a literal wooden crate full of Allman Brothers records. What a time to be alive.
  9. Oh, it's other rappers on his beats? I get it. Kinda disappointed myself there, that's what I get for being ignorant.
  10. Gonna have to grab this. Purely instrumental hip hop is my lost love, and I'd like to start collecting some more Doom.
  11. I absentmindedly clicked the link then felt my blood pressure instantly rise when I saw 1 remaining.
  12. Blind Willie Johnson has just entered my life.

  13. Throw my name in the 'That price is fucking absurd' camp. I thought the Neutral Milk Hotel boxset was a tough pill to swallow. God damn. Ready to see this collecting dust in every single record store.
  14. I've been a little bit absent recently. Any light shed on why Secular Haze deleted his account? This probably isn't the 'correct' space for this conversation, but I've always known Secular Haze to be a generous, fantastic dude. So naturally I'm curious.
  15. So, uh... how's that comin' along? The site has been like this for months for me and I've been browsing a lot less simply because it's difficult to navigate through this. I browse on mobile if I get desperate but that's no picnic either. If anyone found a solution for Chrome I'd be delighted to hear it. No Adblock for me, clearing browser cache / cookies does nothing. No new extensions that would alter this. It seems silly to switch to Firefox just because of this one site, I guess I'll try it at last resort.
