Solid State Records is proud to announce, for its 15th Anniversary, a VERY LIMITED, first-time-on-vinyl edition of Haste The Day’s 2004 full length debut release “Burning Bridges”, on Half White / Half Gold Heavyweight Vinyl Record /525 copies!

This release was remastered-for-vinyl at Capitol Records, and includes a new short liner note essay written by vocalist Jimmy Ryan.

Co-Produced by Unoriginal Vinyl, with the utmost-attention-to-detail, using the source visual art files designed in 2004 by Ryan Clark at Invisible Creature, this reissue is a must-have for any Haste The Day fan.

Setting aside that their quality isn't all that great, it's dumb to me that T&N continues to circle back to these titles that already exist on vinyl instead of one of their many other albums that have never been pressed. Press I Am Hollywood you cowards

I was hoping that "Remember November" thing they did a few years back would've become annual. Although I'm glad to be able to pick some of these represses instead of dropping triple digits on the originals.

    Why wouldn’t you cancel?

Thought it'd be a hassle or they wouldn't process it quickly. Also, I checked these all last week and they were all sold out. So wanted to make sure I had a copy in hand regardless. Turns out I was wrong. Email/order update is the way I went.

Will probably cancel my TDWP pre order too since I have a feeling that'll be one of the next ones to get a discount.

  4. Artwork plus the singles threw me off... but Switchblade, The Thread, and Spiderhead are heavy. Bands sometimes try to experiment sound wise and they pulled it off with this one, pretty solid overall in my opinion.

I'm assuming the vinyl has been delayed? Usually MerchNow sends out an email, haven't seen or heard anything though.

Care to share? Very cool, never heard that before

Basically, the whole thing is a love story of a couple. How it started, the ups and downs of life, and just being there for each other. The songs are still listenable separately but they flow together very well back to back to back.

Plus the lyric booklet and it's illustrations. And the "Prologue" and "Epilogue" remind me of those book and cassette stories I had as a kid.
