There are some die-hard BN fans who will pay good money for the first pressing of this. He got it for free, sure, but he did so by gambling years ago and sending a dollar in. It's almost like he won the lottery.
Your logic is the same in saying "You paid 5 dollars to win the lottery! You didn't EARN that money! You should give me 10,000 dollars!"
You can't get that pressing of the booklet anymore, so the market value is going to be higher than the one they're selling at the shows, and is certainly worth more than $0. Good luck TC. Don't gauge anyone, but I hope you get a fair price for it.

Got this in the mail last week after 8 and a half years. From what I've read, there's a second printing that they're selling at shows that apparently doesn't have the die cut pages or the dollar affixed inside, and has lower quality paper (?) I've seen those on ebay but have not seen the first printing posted.
Anyone interested?
