ATO has put up their editions of the first 5 Gizz albums: https://atorecords.shop.musictoday.com/store/ $25 per album, $125 for the bundle ($129 total for bundle with shipping to US). Per a Facebook comment, ATO mentioned they have "no plans to press black versions of these titles."

When's Spooky Sounds Volume 2 coming out? They are really milking the music from this show.

I have Evil Empire and it sounds fine. A bit quieter than some of my other LPs. Also have Battle of LA and have no complaints. MOV pressing are pretty good overall.

I see. If that was the case, everyone would be talking about that. I'm still trying to figure out what ATO is offering for those reissues.

Just search on Amazon. Thats how I got my versions. MOTU is about $18 for vomit splatter. Nonagon looks to be OOS at the moment, but when I ordered it was $14 for green with black splatter. Banana is hit or miss, some get highlighter yellow version, some get gold/blue splat. Gumboot will be orange with red blob and red splatter. Castleface has inexpensive color variants of Mind Fuzz and Quarters. Though they may be OOS at this point. Havent looked recently.

Lots of their retail versions are splatter variants. Nonagon has a green and black splat, Banana has a gold and blue splat, MOTU is "vomit" splat.

Buy a thin panel of wood, cut to size, and nail into the back of the shelf. Get metal L brackets and screw into corners of shelf. Your 5x5 will be incredible solid now. I did this with a 2x4 and it's so sturdy now. I would not recommend filling a 5x5 and keeping it on the second floor. I think building codes are only 40lbs per square foot. Assumming each square is 50lbs you are looking at 1250 lbs over a 6 ft span. If,you do put it on the second floor, run the shelf against a load bearing wall and keep it perpendicular to the floor joists.

Rumor is ATO will have their own color variants per the VMP forums, which was per a person on a Facebook group which heard it from ATO. Ha ha ha.

Anyone know if those S/T Dark Operative pressings sound any good? Looks like they used new test presses maybe?

I saw the Gumboot Flightless pumpkin spice pressing at a local shop in Kansas City for $35. So not that pricey, I suppose.

The variants on SRC look much different than what's on Margot's Facebook page. Might be two colored variants per title?

ATO posted they have the reissues and will be shipping them on 11/2. No mention of variants but "more details to come." I'll probably skip the AUS versions due to shipping costs.

Via their instagram. 5 reissues all dropping on Friday the 14th. No mention of US distro.
