  1. I just revisited Play, and the album sounds outdated to me. There are a some standout tracks, but I don't think Moby and his music are as timeless as other electronic artists VMP could have pursued.
  2. Would someone be willing to share a digital copy of their self titled album with me? I've purchased mulitple copies on vinyl (one badly warped, one with terrible noise, all just lousy pressings) and none had download codes that worked. The domain for the download was expired. I reached out to MB Records about a dozen times about sharing a new code, but they just seem to be ignoring my emails. I just want to listen to the album in my car and don't want to fork out more cash, since I've purchased multiple vinyl copies already. Plus, the vinyl pressings for this album, probably all 11 pressings, are crummy. Send me a PM if youd be willing. Thanks.
  3. Was able to grab a copy. Regardless of was TTL discount code I used for this order, each only took 35 cents off the price. Which is strange. Code "hangover" for 30%, or the 12% or 10% off codes found online. Came out to just under $25 ppd.
  4. I'd be interested in all that live Primus burnt to a DVD, if you would be willing.
  5. I'd love it if y'all would press more BSBD releases. Their releases on Baby Grande are hard to find and expensive.
  6. I was looking at purchasing the R15PMs to run a simple system in my basement. Basically just a turntable and those speakers. Can you comment on the sound and quality of the built in phono preamp?
  7. A Live One boxset $65. Not sure how much shipping is. 9 left. Today only sale. https://www.plaidroomrecords.com/products/b-phish-b-br-i-a-live-one-4lp-180g-red-blue-vinyl-includes-download-i
  8. Is there any way to get a refund using PayPal after the 180 day window for filing a claim? I've been waiting for a replacement from Sandbag for my beat to hell copy of the Deviations album since July. After countless emails with Sandbag, they have basically just stopped responding to me. Apparently they sent two replacements out with no tracking from the UK. One in July 2017. Never arrived. Another in October 2017. Still waiting on that one. I was trying to work this out with the seller, but now that 180 day window is closed. I literally ordered this in Dec. 16, 2016, almost a year ago. What a joke. And now Sandbag is out of the picture. So I might just be screwed. Luckily Trent spit in my face with that petty 20% off coupon. Like I'd ever order from NIN.com again. Overpriced, damaged goods, with downloads that don't even unzip properly. Ok. Done venting.
  9. Cactus Records in Bozeman, MT said on Facebook they still have that Poncier release. Might be worth calling them if you are looking. They are good people
  10. very pleased to see a repress of Insound. I'll pick it up on Amazon hopefully for a lot less. Edit: Yeah, its on Amazon for $20.79. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076L7HJJ8/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1510279525&sr=8-12&keywords=beastie+boys+vinyl Sold.
  11. I have the F. Coyne 7 inch that I may be willing to sell or trade. Do you have a tradelist? I'm on the fence because the two tracks on that 7 are my favorite by SP.
  12. For as little as 11 cents per day, you can provide these starving families the food, shelter, and clothing they need to survive. That's less than a cup of coffee per day. Buy that record. [Shipping and handling not included]
  13. Doesn't condone one "slimey" activity (2:49 - 2:53 min in vid), but partakes in different, yet equally slimey activity. That's one way to amass such a YUGE collection!
  14. That Black Marble It's Immaterial album is incredible. It flew under my radar for too long and now I listen to it daily. Didn't think Ghostly would release this genre of music, it's both lo-fi post-punk, yet new wave, and so good.
  15. I agree. The album is a little slow. There are a few really fat Les basslines and some grooves on three of the tracks, but the album does sort of meander with some bass noodling and strange lyrics. Ler doesn't really have any solos either. The Storm is a solid track. I also really like the mix of this album. Sounds very thick, with heavy bass, drums right behind, and Ler filling in the air between the rhythm section. I guess that's just classic Primus. After I finished listening, I immediately thought, I want more new Primus material. 34 min is just too short. Haven't gotten around to listening to the rainbow splatter yet but some folks on discogs did mention surface noise. Could be the variant, or it could just be modern vinyl pressings these days. I need to wet wash the disc first. One last thing. I really like the inside of the jacket. That trippy rainbow effect. Solid artwork throughout. Pleased overall with it for $19.
  16. I have the copper colored pressing of this and it sounds like garbage. Black may be cleaner.
  17. 4 People sitting on a couch for a few hours here and there is much different than a 800lb collection sitting in one spot for months/years. Yo mommy so fat, when she sits down she can flatten a warped 200g.
