Not trying to downplay your experience, but I've ordered a bunch of records from Revolver's shop (which I think is essentially the same as BrooklynVegan) the past 2ish years, and I've never had an issue.
Anyhoo, the video looks like Blink 182, but the song sounds like Alkaline Trio, so I'm happy
I've also never had any problems with any of these related sites. They're a little slow to ship, but that's it.

Motifs - Remember A Stranger
(FFO: Slowdive, Beach House)
https://motifs.bandcamp.com/album/remember-a-strangerOne of my favourite albums in a while but unfortunately vinyl seems to be sold out most places. If anyone knows of a link, please let me know!
Vinyl is available at the bandcamp link you posted, btw

Same. The listing doesn't even exist on their site anymore. Tempted to reach out seeing as the release date was 10/6 I believe
Let us know what you find out so we don't all have to reach out and bug them!

Yeah it's much cooler looking, and I ordered (begrudgingly) from Deep Discount, so no attachment here
You hear anything from them yet?

I'd rather buy directly from the band myself, but this reissue was a complete surprise, without any info, anouncement or whatsoever.
The band, however, posted this on Facebook yesterday:
"We had a number of people (last night) asking about the WATT re-issue that appeared on Friday! We had no idea it was being reissued and have not seen the artwork nor heard the remaster. It caught us by complete surprise. Yo Universal - holler at your boys. As young men we signed a binding record deal and said label has the absolute rights to do what they will with it but we cannot speak to how it look or sounds. The picture we saw online looks dope though! In ten days time we will be sharing something amazing with you! In the meantime, we love you and your support is everything to us. Talk Soon - Thursday".
Eh. Since they don't seem to own the rights to press this on vinyl and it's the last Thursday album I cared at all about I can't get too hyped for "something amazing."

Anyone get shipping confirmation for the white and green version?
Also does anyone have an OG version. Trying to confirm if it came with an insert
My yellow/black came a few days ago.
I also have an OG. I got it second hand, but no insert. I don't see a photo of any insert on the discogs page either.

So the band apparently didn’t know anything about the WATT reissue. Haven’t seen the artwork nor heard the remaster. So that’s… lame to say the least.
That sucks. Still not going to cancel my order because it sounds like business as usual if the label owns the rights. Still sucks though.

Maybe? Don’t even care. Ordered immediately. Bunch of other pre-orders up on the site as well.
Wow, fuck. Yeah they went nuts.

Ok. My knowledge of Karl Malone is limited to watching him play basketball when I was a kid. Kali Malone is pretty great on the other hand. This now a fuck Karl Malone thread. Fuck that guy.
I just used to love Karl Malone (as a baller) until I found out what a garbage person he is, so I like to spread it around.

I thought you said Karl Malone at first. I know the mailman.
Actual piece of shit, Karl "The Mailman" Malone? The one who raped a 13 year old girl and then never acknowledged the son she had from it until the son himself was an NFL player? The same Karl Malone who never paid her a dime of child support despite being a successful NBA player?
Yeah. I know of him.

Anybody going to Holy Fawn in Portland next month?

Love CCR, so that would be a win for me. Saw Fogerty last summer and he was in top form.
Oh, for sure, CCR are great! Just still trying to talk myself into making the leap for that Sabbath reel 😬

Wow. Let us know how that goes. If I were in the wrong place at the wrong time I could see myself buying one!😜
I was crazy tempted by a Master of Reality reel, but it was more than I wanted to spend on my first outing. Ended up with a CCR tape.
I've had a nice player/recorder for a while that I picked up cheap, just never grabbed any reels. I'll keep you updated!

This is...not stoner/doom related, but I've taken my next step into ridiculous audiophile shit by buying my first reel to reel tape. ::sigh:: seems like a slippery slope.

Got my copy today and I'm finishing it up right now. Pretty great. Thought I was going to be disappointed judging by a lot of the reactions in here, but y'all are just crazy. 😉
Also got that posthumous Sparklehorse album today and it's pretty darn good too.

Second Ave is one of my favorites in Portland. Little Axe has some neat stuff, and Crossroads music is a big shop containing a lot of smaller sellers.
I also love Mississippi Records but it's been a while since I've been there.
