  1. That's kind of a bummer for me. I love older Simpsons, and I've been pretty well over Family Guy for a while, but I love Bob's Burgers. I don't want it tainted!
  2. Could warp them, you really don't want them to be really snug on there. I have a couple albums that just aren't in poly sleeves because I haven't felt like getting biggers ones. Both 808's and Heartbreaks and MBDTF won't fit in the average single gatefold sized ones I have, a couple others that don't spring to mind too. All up to you though. I just worry about stuff like that though, others might tell you it's no big deal.
  3. That's the thing too, we always tip well, and even when it was as late as it was those times we tipped decently because the way it was sounding, it wasn't the driver's fault, it was the dudes running the ovens. It's just a bummer, I refuse to eat there on principle now because they just straight up lied to me over and over about our food even having left the shop. I'll go ahead and even drop their name because I'm getting angry just thinking about it! It's Lonesome's Pizza in Portland, Oregon. They're in it to just do what they want and have fun and they're into being on Portlandia and being "hip" not about serving their customers. That said...if you're downtown in Portland and want some awesome pizza, their stuff tastes great...just don't expect too much from their service. I won't order/go there ever again though.
  4. I was coming in here to say Suavecito is the besttttt! That said, for the most part I just use Royal Crown because I'm a cheap-ass.
  5. That would be awesome! I think I'll probably end up seeing Earth as well, it's only $12 or something to see them. Yayyyyy! Gross. There's this joint here in Portland that has seriously some of the best pizza I've ever had, but I'll never order from them again because we've had multiple occasions where it takes 3-4+ hours to get our fucking food. Not only that, but, you know, you check up on it when it's taking a while, and I'd call and they'd say "Oh yeah, it'll be there in 15 minutes." After the 3rd or 4th time of that I start to get pretty pissed. You're doing it right. She's got a pretty big crush on him too. I think if it hadn't been both him and Wayne though, she wouldn't have paid so much for it. She's nuts for all the songs they do together.
  6. Just get some bigger ones? You don't want them to be too tight.
  7. Wifey bought them. I think they were something like $100+ apiece after fees and shit though. Maybe more... She fucking loooooooves Drake though.
  8. Good for PatD, that was clever of them. Also. September is such a good month for shows here...I want to go see Earth on Sept. 7, but I'm already seeing Coheed on the 10th and Drake/Lil Wayne on the 13th. Don't know if I can handle any more than two shows in a week.
  9. Almost makes me want to sell my brown copy, but that reworked artwork is toooooo bright for my taste.
  10. Nice! I've been eating egg and another protein for breakfact, salads for lunch, and protein + veggie for dinner, avoiding carbs and stuff pretty much every day for the last month (excluding my sister's wedding). I did have a burger last week, but it was just from a place nearby, it was pretty alright, but nothing really special.
  11. I love when places do weekly special burgers and stuff. I'm not a peach guy, but that overall sounds really good and I could see people that like peaches being really into it! I've been trying to eat more healthy lately, so I haven't had as many burgers as I'd like recently maybe this weekend though!
  12. Adult only category, probably NSFW. Just for those of you at work like me...
  13. Whadya know, another Weezer album I won't be buying. Disappointing because I'd really love to be able to get into them again...that song blows though.
  14. Music is fine, the light from the tv messes with your body's natural circadian rhythms though. I would probably say it's all nonsense...except that it was true for me.

  16. I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping until I removed my tv from my room and made it less of a room I did stuff in, and more of a sleeping only room. I still read in bed sometimes, but usually just for a half hour before bed. It's become kind of a ritual for me that my body knows, half hour of reading, then off to sleep.
  17. I can't get into Deafheaven, and I also have trouble remembering if their name ends in heaven or haven. Xiu Xiu on the other hand...their first 4ish 5 albums are awesome, and I saw them after Fabulous Muscles came out and it was probably one of the best shows I've even been to. It was just a straight up wall of sound and they were so into being there and playing that I just got a great feeling from them. That said, I never got into anything after Fabulous Muscles. Edit: Realized La Foret is another one I dug and that I saw them post La Foret, not just after Fabulous Mucles.
  18. Again, not a craaaazy deal, but Christie Front Drive's second S/T album for $1.26 instead of like...$12 or whatever. It's listed as "good" condition on eBay, we'll see what that means. Looked better than good to me, and all his used records are listed as good condition even though they all look much better.
  19. I remember I picked that album up for like $3 because of Freaks and Geeks.
  20. Do it! It'd be interesting to see what different people think fit that description. Grateful Dead - American Beauty is one of those albums for me. Edit...probably because it was. Der.
