Realized it's been a while since these started shipping, and the people I know who ordered this already got theirs. Went to go check my order confirmation email because I swear I remember getting one, and now I can't find it. Checked my paypal account and the transaction is definitely there, and I was charged for it though. Sent an email, asking about it, but I think something went wrong with my order. This is not a good feeling... Edit: wow they already got back to me and apparently everything is ok. I love you Soft Speak Records!

Heads up there's also a 3rd edition of the fork, the picture is misleading. Gotta keep my twiabp flatware collection complete. Also that surprise shirt will go well with my mystery shirt.

If there isn't a toothbrush this year I'm going to be severely disappointed. Also D said that they were putting up a new run of the cat banners tonight as well. I'm going to assume they're also gonna put up the leftovers of last years april fools since they have a bunch apparently.

I guess they couldn't stay on Topshelf forever, but if it's ultimately better for the band then I guess it's a good thing. They also announced a 7" split w/ Rozwell Kid out on BWM June 23rd, and a 2-song 7" on Topshelf July 28th though.

Yo damn, I had no idea about that pressing of The Moon & Antarctica. I would have finally gotten off my ass and bought it if I had known that a color variant had popped up. I need to get up to date on the state of MM vinyl, I have no idea about what's going on anymore.

Once again I'd love to get my hands on those Starfucker and Owen tests, but they'll go for way more than I could put down on them. I'm probably going to go for that Shugo Tokumaru one though. That album is amazing.

I think a big part of it is just people trying to be trendy. Also because if you tell the average person that a band's genre is emo or say that you listen to emo/emo-revival like 99% of people will just assume that you're stuck in the early 2000s and mean bands like Fallout Boy and MCR.

Anyone who says otherwise is just wrong.

Just got my splatter today, along with Rika's LP and Annabel - Youth In Youth. It's nice having the actual gate-fold to look at though. They threw in a b-side label for Joie De Vivre - We're All Better Than This. Kind of cool I guess, but pretty random.

Floating Action/Seth Kauffman make some great music to just mellow out and feel good while listening to. Definitely check out the self titled LP as well.

The only tapes I buy multiple variants of for myself are TWIABP tapes, and I hate myself because of it. Only ones I'm missing are the black 2010 demo, and the Between Bodies promo (which Derrick/Danielle said they'd send me one, but then they never did and broke my heart). Yo those look sick. I want one just on the looks alone.

D-money made a post about the price increase being due to pressing plants and/or hiring a minimum wage employee or something. I've heard of this band but never actually listened to them before. That new song is so good though. I'll probably end up getting this next time I place an order.
