  1. This is the dumbest thing I've read today.
  2. So, I noticed this popped up on Bullmoose a few weeks ago for RSD, but can't find any other information about it anywhere and it obviously never came out for RSD. Does anyone know anything about it? http://www.bullmoose.com/p/24880869/smashing-pumpkins-london-by-day-sp-at-the-bbc
  3. Really digging what I've heard so far. But did this really need to be a double 12"? Having trouble spending $27 (with tax + shipping) on what is essentially an LP worth of music. It looks like it's a cool physical package, but yikes. Looks like the regular version is $17.97 from bullmoose. That's more my speed. http://www.bullmoose.com/p/24931291/hazel-english-just-give-in-never-going-home
  4. Is that National record still available? Anyone want to hook a brother up?
  5. Got my purple vinyl in the mail on friday. I'm suprised by how much I like this record even though it's different. Also, this pressing sounds really good. Impressive master.
  6. Have you tried disputing the charge with your bank/credit card company? That would've been my first course of action.
  7. Nah. They just look black. Hold it up to the light. Does the sticker say 'colored vinyl'?
  8. Highly recommend this EP, "Normally" by British band, Our Girl. Found the 12" on amazon.co.uk and it came out to about $16 shipped to the US and arrived in 3 days. Really good stuff. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01M028SV2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  9. FYI - LPs are $30. They just started pressing The Stooges tonight and I'm not sure how much those are.
  10. People pay more for screen prints. And these have screenprinted covers, which I'm pretty excited about. But I hope they're not $50
  11. I loved 'Hold Your Home' (their last). I thought it was their best in a while. Funny you mention Editors. CWK and Editors are two of the best live bands that I've seen quite a bit. Seeing them live always helps me appreciate their latest output. Unfortunately, Editors haven't toured the US during their last two album cycles. That being said, CWK's 'Hold Your Home' is worth a listen, regardless.
  12. I'll most likely be there. Working out details to the last minute as usual.
  13. Whoa. Looks like they didn't limit these. Hopefully no one bought up 20 copies. Hah
  14. Okay, at first I thought this was just all the songs from the record on 7"s. I never buy sets like that cause I'll never listen to them that way. But really, what you're getting here is 12 singles from the record with b-sides. I bet a lot of Adams fans would be buying each of those 7"s if they were a part of the monthly series he did before. So at the end of the day, this is a pretty cool set for hardcore fans. I have an almost-complete pax-am collection and I love the new record so i'll bite the bullet. If it had been a 6-7" set featuring all the songs for half the price, I would've passed. But I'm all about getting 17 additional songs on vinyl.
  15. If anyone has a copy of Under The Blacklight and willing to let it go, I'll purchase or trade for it. Thanks ya'll
