  1. I agree he makes great music. I like his voice a lot too, reminds me a bit of Kevin Moore from Chroma Key and a little Peter Gabriel.
  2. First pressing limited to 500 copies: • Transparent Blue with White Haze (100) • Clear with Gold Glitter (150) * • Gold (100) • Coke Bottle Green (150) ** Full color jacket printed on reverseboard stock with full color uncoated innersleeve with gold metallic ink. After spending years as a contributing songwriter and active member of the fan adored indie-pop band Mae, Rob Sweitzer made a decision to leave the band in 2008 due to personal reasons, intraband tensions, and a desire to focus on home life and the budding stages of his own independent musical path. With hundreds of thousands of record sales, countless sold out shows, and scores of critical accolades under his belt, there was no shortage of momentum propelling Sweitzer’s post-Mae ambitions. Inspired by bands like Delta Spirit, Broken Social Scene, Elbow, and Doves, Sweitzer accumulated a mountain of demos that have been meticulously whittled down to a six song narrative that will serve as My God, It’s Full of Stars’ official introduction to the world. M29 is a project that has been both long in the works and completely reborn. It is an attempt to untangle conversational wonderings and existential inquiry through sonic layers, cathartic songwriting, and deliberate production. 3. Anyone remember the Taco Light that Taco Bell sold in the late 80s / early 90s? I miss that flakey shell. Tons of sour cream too. Horny in a shell.

  5. Genesis - Wind and Wuthering 2008 remix on vinyl. Through headphones. It's a spiritual experience ....
  6. Best stuff to fry with, especially for those like me on a paleo / caveman diet. Adds that extra salty zip to fried foods as well. I have two jars I keep in the refrigerator and use when needed.
  7. Scored tix for Sat the 18th morning show. I can't wait !!
  8. Same here. Been looking for a show to really sink my teeth into. Great stuff !
  9. [quote name="Rezqua" post="2398155" timestamp= Wasn't global warming debunked? Thought that came out a while back? Yes it was, but there's a lot of money to be made through fear, so now it's Climate Change. And the so-called 97% is a cooked number that serves as a forceful talking point : http://www.forbes.com/sites/alexepstein/2015/01/06/97-of-climate-scientists-agree-is-100-wrong/ http://www.sott.net/article/284858-Al-Gore-predicted-Arctic-would-be-ice-free-Ice-cap-now-covers-1-7million-square-kilometres-more-than-2-years-ago http://www.nationalreview.com/article/425232/climate-change-no-its-not-97-percent-consensus-ian-tuttle While there's no doubt we need to change the way we operate to make a cleaner world, I think it's naive and self righteous to think we can control the entire planet's ecology and ultimate fate. This planet existed millions of years before we did inhabited by volcanoes , deadly CO2 levels and multiple Ice Ages. This planet will do as it likes with or without us here. Of course it's hard to take Jeb Bush or Al Gore seriously when they're both jetting around in private planes telling us about fuel consumption. Thankfully Bernie seems to have a level headed approach to pollution and alternate fuels. He isn't a fear monger like many others. I hope he does well tonight.
  10. http://www.rawstory.com/2015/10/dallas-cowboys-fans-urge-gunman-to-shoot-helpless-man-in-the-head-during-tailgating-brawl-and-he-does/ Stay classy Dallas.
  11. Piranha Records in Round Rock Tx (just outside of Austin). Great staff and reasonable prices. Cool shirts and lots of "odd" items too.
  12. Don't worry just yet. 8-8 might win the division. Sucks for my Eagles though. We finally get a decent performance from the defense, but our offense tanks. Sorry to see Romo injured. As much as I want my team to win, I never want to see someone hurt in the process. I'm sure he'll be back and ready for a possible playoff run.
