Got my copy today, just spinning it now. Sounds nice and clear, not muddy or anything. Nice gatefold with a bit of history behind the album on the insert. Very pleased with it overall.

People pay a surprising amount for those GBAs. I keep meaning to learn how to do it so I can have one myself for under a couple hundred dollars.

So while all you guys have been doing detective work and whatever you guys seem to be doing with your time I've been dealing with my dog the decided to swallow a whole lot of stuff he shouldn't have, vet bills are no joke and nor do I EVER buy something to flip but I tried to find everything in my collection that I could try and part with (trust me it's not easy) to pay a vet so my dog wouldn't die, luckily I was able to sell my alexisonfire box pretty quick lowering it down from 500 down to 400 but it still wasn't enough, also lucky that I have awesome friends that I can rely on to borrow money from, but YES I DID put a record that I recently got on there for an obserd amount of money. Did I want to?  No. 
Do I give a shit about what you guys think? No.
all I've been worrying about is my dogs health so thanks for all you're stupid judgment calls. 
 
Oh oh and just FYI now that I made enough to pay the vet I can take it down now and keep it in my collection
along with my record store day version.

Can we drop this so we can keep the thread open? People flip records. For reasons. Some are justified in the minds of the accusers and some are not.

I managed to see PT during The Incident tour (which is when I first started listening to them) and was immediately blown away! I also didn't get to see SW's solo work live until about 2015, but I've seen him a handful of times since and every single time he's been amazing. 
 
Just wish there wasn't a 3 month wait for the album, and 10 months for a gig! 

I've been a Porcupine Tree fan for many, many years, and I got to see them back in 2010 (with Coheed and The Dear Hunter) and really REALLY got more into them. I finally got to see Steven solo last year, and it was amazing. He really is a meticulous and impressive musician. I am very much looking forward to this album, and I'm hoping he comes back to the states for another tour, especially in FL.

This is now up on Amazon UK for £21.99. Got my order in there and cancelled Amazon USA! 

I can confirm that Ori sounds brilliant! Or at least my copy does. I'm really pleased with it, no surface noise and very clear. 

Well I'm excited about DS 1, 2, and 3 at least!
