Ass-tons of records I want to own, so that I can listen to them, but the there are no copies for sale. And if there are, like Oceansize - Effloresce, they are going for $300, which is a fuck-you price.
The idea of rare music is so retarded. Music is to be heard.
You wanna do the collector thing, sure... make the super cool swirls and colors limited. Totally fine. But why not keep a regular black copy in print so that the new people who want to hear this stuff are able to do so? It's just a frustrating concept.

Huh? Is their website really that shit that they can't set how much stock they have and it automatically show that it's sold out after one person buys / puts it in their cart.

There are just so many great preamps in the $100 range, this seems like a mistake. maybe at $50, sure, but does anyone have faith they can make a preamp that sounds better than something like an entry model cambridge azur?

With black being the dominant color in pressing plants, you're gonna get the odd pellet falling in and getting melted into different color.

Kinda sucks when a repress looks exactly the same as previous pressings. They should always be different colors or something to e able to tell them apart

Just got this in, listening now after a clean and it is flawless. Whatever issues were on the first press are clearly not here. This sounds huge and there's no surface noise or skips.

I'd also try a record store.

It really depends on what you like. No Idea Records has a good distro. Interpunk is a great place. Shopradiocast gets a lot of hate on here but they do have a lot of stuff in one place. You can also order directly from a lot of labels.

You mean like when you were new to the boards with no feedback and I inquired how much you were asking for Say Anything - IARB (and Two Tongues) and you replied with "Taking offers and I have alot of them so submit an offer". And when I didn't reply, because you, as you so eloquently put it, made me feel off about the whole conversation, you messaged me again a day later with "I would take $150 for both of them shipping included." And when I didn't reply to that, because that's laughable, replied to my thread about asking how much I'd be willing to pay.  
 
Seriously dude, I had an almost identical conversation with you as I did with this guy. Before he made this thread he tells me he has BCR and has no idea what it's worth. I offer him $120 for both BSN and BCR, explaining I was expecting $30-40 for BCR, so $80 for BSN. He tells me he wants more for BSN, which is fine, that's his business, but then turns around and tells me he'll sell BCR for $50. How considerate...and when i don't reply, he PM's me again asking how much I'll pay. What a joke.

I give up. the terrorists win.
