Checking out a different table, same cartridge though because its the only one handy. Earlier has been CD though because the vinyl price sucks for me.

Using my french press to drain mine until I bother to get something else. I need to get a better coffee when the crap I have runs out so I can see what everyone says about cold brew tasting better. I drink coffee for the effect and the only time I think it taste great is if it has lots of sugar and other junk that will make me crash or some fancy grounds I had a while ago. I like the idea of cold brew because of lower acidity though. Now I have a little jar and a big jar brewing away in the fridge it might be tempting to start drinking more than 1 cup a day again.

Okay then, maybe if the chance comes up I might not avoid it as much as usual. Just looked it up and yep Roll it Up from Tweekend is on there. Knew it would be an oldy. Oh and Miles Davis was a good idea...

Damn you almost have me convinced now too and I have always avoided these movies. I like the Rock and Vin Diesel though. I did notice in recent previews that it seemed less about the cars. Do they all still have at least one Crystal Method song on the soundtrack, that might convince me.

I've used coconut oil, now Im doing the MCT and butter thing.

This week I started adding hot water to my cold brewed. Before I really didn't agree with people saying cold brew was more concentrated. So not only was I not watering it down but was drinking the whole batch which was made with 2 scoops! Now I'm using half, adding hot water to it, and saving the other half for the next day while the next batch is brewing. And I guess it is still strong enough when diluted so maybe I just had too much when I drank double without dilution. Just emptied a 36oz peanut butter jar so I have a bigger brewing container. Wanted to post a pic but I'm too lazy and it really just looks like a big jar of dirt anyways.

It was my friends copy and I didn't get the frame out so there was no light shining through but it didn't look like much. I might have to check it out a little better next time if it doesn't get lost.

Just watched Interstellar last night wow! I think this will go on my OST wish list along with Bladerunner. Finished X-files a few weeks ago. I was never going to watch the later seasons and kind of wish I stuck to that plan.

One of the thrift stores I go to mixes LDs with the LPs which was kind of annoying at first but most of them are together and they hardly get anything new in anyways. I would probably buy a Lethal Weapon 2 OST but not the Karaoke. Yeah I guess I shouldn't have pushed the trilogy. If you like the first, you will want to watch the others. It took years for me to appreciate the 3rd one, probably because Im not into westerns or just age.

It's nice to see someone with a Sl1300 happy with the sound when Im considering restoring one. It appears to work fine but because it would need a paint job to look decent, I might as well think about at least rewiring it. The paint job just seems like such a pain that Im not sure if really want to.

This might be handy to know for the Technics SL 1300 sitting here if only it wasn't so corroded. I think the only way deal with that is to take it apart and sand and paint it which seems like a big hassle. That and other work I would want to do to it.

Oh man I had a Rockstar problem for years and finally quit but still get the occasional one, especially when I see a new one I haven't tried. If that cinnamon one is any good maybe it could get someone I know to stop wasting money on the over priced Bull crap.

This thread and the Amanda Palmer "Performs The Popular Hits Of Radiohead On Her Magical Ukulele" got me in the mood to hear some Radiohead today. Not on vinyl though. This thread makes me wonder if I want to even try though...

I haven't tried it myself but I was bored so I did a search on Amazon. It does seem like it would work, you can even get them separately so if you only have fine scratches it would be NOVUS 2. update: Just read someone say 1 and 2 are "extremely effective"

Just a few guesses, but gritty toothpaste or a headlight restoration kit or maybe this NOVUS stuff ?

I only recently heard of No Sleep when they put out a free mp3 compilation on Amazon that I downloaded and never listened to for more than a few minutes. I guess if anyone wants help hearing some of these artist that would be a start. Even easier to get it at Bandcamp

Yeah, and yet some didn't seem to get what I was saying in my post above. The CD is even over priced but $40 for the vinyl is just taking advantage.

Guess this is going to be another CD in my Prodigy collection. I hoped they weren't going to be one of those... For a minute I even thought the Their Law singles collection would be nice way to get a decent part of their stuff on vinyl but its missing a chunk of songs from the CD version unless amazon and discogs got the track list wrong. Forgot to mention this is streaming on iTunes now.
