Hey dumbshit, don't go making assumptions about other users when you know nothing.  I've been a Bowie fan all my life so don't say vaguely.  Second, yeah I like having the variant, it's an OCD thing and when I can get the variant for the same price I rather do that and I don't feel like paying premium for a standard black when it can drop in price any time.  
 
 
 
 
I only made an exception because I found a decent deal for the variant, I would have bought it from a record store if I could.  The Bowie store was ridiculously expensive for a clear but if I could get the clear for a 1$ more than I'm okay with that.  

They also match my girlfriend's bra/underwear, so we're basically 2 fabulous 2day

I went from getting like $1200 to $600
I feel like after a certain age you should get more back for NOT having kids. Like "thanks for not adding to the problem, here's a few hundred bucks"

April 25th I get to go to ATL to see my red sox play the braves, 2 days after that I just found out houndmouth is playing at a dope venue in Charleston. yesterday I found out, Alabama shakes are playing in Charleston 2 days before I go to ATL, so I mention this to the wife and she said pick one, either the shakes or houndmouth. if I play my cards right im hoping I can get to both shows, just would be A LOT of driving in about 5 days...

I'm not sure any of this is helpful, but here goes.
 
First, I'm truly sorry you and her are at the point you are at right now. Fighting in a relationship, especially with the one person who means the world to you....love can be the most beautiful and rewarding of feelings, but also the most brutal and painful. You need one for the other.
 
Second, and I don't mean to sound cold, but it sounds like you need to swallow your pride if she does mean everything to you. You have to know when to admit you're wrong, but also she has to come to terms and accept that living in a strange city is difficult, too. Lay it all out on the line, because at this point, what do you have to lose that you feel like you haven't lost already? Maybe a catharsis is what you need, or maybe it won't change a thing, but I think opening up, and then giving it space to breathe so you both can take the appropriate time to decompress, will do you a world of good.
