slightly warped records (if you're lucky) out of the box seem to becoming the new normal. it's way too common these days w/ all the rushing to get shit through the plants. no time to cool off before going in the jackets.

oh...yea...but this was specifically about the warp... it played...just annoying... all these brand new lps coming w/ warps is really chafing my hide lately... i guess the mods can delete or merge them or whatever mods do...

mine has streaks in it. dark purple but when held up to light it had them. i don't remember them being particularly 'orange'...but maybe...i didn't look at it too close...

it should be 200g w/ just the vinyl. i have a 220g dwarves lp+7" that are ridiculously thick.

oh i have an original badmotorfinger pressing on gold vinyl. it just needs a quality 2xLP reissue.

Killing me I can't think of what movie this is from. If someone can ID it that would be sweet (and provide a clip that would be extra awesome). At some point a Renfield kind of character (maybe) says smtg like what, are you going to turn into a bat and goes "thp-thp-thp" and waves his arms....

I'm getting Blues for the Red Sun and probably Wretch. Circus Leaves Town sounds like it leads right into QOTSA, which is fine, but I'm not super into QOTSA... I can see why people like Sky Valley...it is the more polished, produced sound...

Got mine today. yea, the best of Everything Sucks got re-recorded better and put on Turn the Radio Off anyway IMO... the horn sections were a lot better...i remember thinking every horn section on Everything Sucks sounded exactly like Party At Ground Zero...

i thought it was goddamn adorable. my 6 yr old ended up seeing it like 4 or 5 times in the theatre and 1 of those was a sing along. i didn't mind seeing it that many times. i was bummed i wasn't home the day of the popmarket sale. i would've picked that one up. but not for more.
