  1. So the company producing this release and needs to sell it to make a profit is of the opinion that it's wonderful and people should buy it?
  2. I'm sure the sound guy means cartridges, as they are often supplied by the DJ themselves. Most bring their own.
  3. When I was DJing at my bar I had the same tables available to me and bought two of these for the tables: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/161454352671?lpid=82&chn=ps
  4. Not that I disagree, but the oxblood was from the repress. Not the original 1st pressing.
  5. Package two is real pretty... I'm going to have to pick this up. Tried checking out on mobile but it wouldn't let me use my paypal credit.
  6. Well, that's what I mean. I haven't ever heard of that show either so a "who gives a shit" response isn't entirely out of question. Also, every release doesn't HAVE to be killer, but there is enough amazing content out there that a label just licensing other people's work and putting out comps should be able to knock it out of the park all the time.
  7. I'm excited to get my copies, just got shipping notification. I will say though, I think I prefer the OG AFA artwork to the new interpretation. I am happy to add to my Ghoulies collection either way though.
  8. I don't think it's as much commenting on something he doesn't like. It's more likely that reaction is due to the fact that its not a "hot topic tv show" where everyone is talking about it at the water cooler like Breaking Bad or Walking Dead. There are just far more popular shows with great music that could be released... and this is the one they've chosen.
  9. If anyone wanted to pick up the deluxe and hasn't yet, Soundstage Direct has the deluxe on sale for $7.99 (regularly $59.99). http://www.soundstagedirect.com/minus-the-bear-infinity-overhead-deluxe-vinyl-records.shtml?cyEmail=adam.hudson@bankofamerica.com&utm_source=bronto&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Minus+The+Bear&utm_content=New+Vinyl+-+Zep%2CDMB%2CEagles%2CBT%2CRush+%26+Blowouts%21&utm_campaign=2%2F24+New+Release+Mailer
  10. I only need Novena, but if they do something special with BO or AOTY I'll buy new copies. My BO is definitely a bit worn...
  11. Scanning and selling them individually on ebay or a site like discogs will take more time, but ultimately could fetch you better prices and profits in the long run if all get sold. Selling everything as one lot would probably make you less, but save you a ton of time and efford. It really depends on how much you're trying to get out of this collection and how quickly you're trying to liquidate.
  12. Buckcherry was added to the list, but I confused it with Eagle Eye Cherry and was trying for the life of me to figure out how EEC was going to be considered "butt rock". EDIT: Also just made an OST thread for TellAllYourFriends
  13. So then to that point, should a separate thread be created for every movie soundtrack that is being produced?
  14. The value of the record is the highest amount someone is willing to pay for it.
  15. From Waves site: Notice : The shipping rates to send records from Europe to the USA are almost 40$ per record Pretty sure I've had records shipped to me from Germany, France, the UK, and Sweden... and nobody has ever charged me $40 per record for shipping.
  16. Sold it two years ago to the guy who started the thread.
