I saw them open for NIN in 2000. Unfortunately, I wasn't familiar with any of their material at that time but I definitely enjoyed their performance. Probably the heyday of their existence.

There's a state of the art douchey sports bar called State that I went to once a while ago. Sucked. Cubby Bear is douchebag central as well. The only "bars" I can recommend are the ones that are also venues as I only go to bars if they are also venues and a band I at least like is playing there. That said: Empty Bottle Reggie's Rock Club The Bottom Lounge Lincoln Hall Schubas probably more I can't think of right now.

I need some opaque red vinyl. All my reds are translucent. I love them, but I want opaque. The only one I have is Tidal Arms - The Sun Exploding but its a mixture of opaque red and yellow. Favorites: I really like white. Don't know why people hate it. Clear blue, red, green. I like a lot of colors. Never used to care about clear vinyl but now I'm a fan. Least favorite: Metallic gold vinyl. P.TM Censored Colors. So fucking ugly.

Well, maybe but only for not dropping at least a baby of a hint about this when I made an offer for your black copy I'm picking up two of these this time just to make sure I don't get a fucked up copy that can't be replaced before it sells out. It took close to two years for the original to go OOP and of course I waited til the cusp to pick up mine. Of course there was no way I could know how low they were dwindling at the time but it figures I'd end up with the copy I got. I had a feeling I should have gotten two of the original...

I'm really sorry for saying this then: I kind of hesitated on saying it because I thought it might have been possible that you could have had a hand in the choice and then I thought "No, there's no way he gets that much of a say..." :-[ Much to my dismay.... So anyway, I'm sorry. Never would have said it had I known. Still love ya. I definitely does go with the text though. Just wouldn't have been my first color choice since I tend to hate orange in general.

haha The only dude to ever really back me up. You're my dog, Derek! I guess realizing now that there actually is orange on the cover (I think my mind blocked it out even though I could clearly read the type) it works but I still would have gone in a different direction.

New reason to stalk HT. But seriously, who ever picked that color needs to be shot. Coke bottle blue would have been nice to compliment the pill box on the cover but again, it doesn't matter. As long as the shit plays without any rogue shards of vinyl pressed on top of the grooves, I'm happy. Nice!
