I like Eyes Open better...wow, didn't realize it was OK to like Taylor Swift around these parts. I thought for sure I was going to get roasted for this one ;-) I'm not a fan of hers, but that's ok. There are shittier bands, in my opinion, with multiple page threads on VC. Everyone should like what the hell they like and know that if other people disagree, frack 'em. BTW, this has probably already been said a million times, but if you like Hunger Games you gotta see Battle Royale which is where this idea was lifted from.

F * C K this album is heavy! Sounds heavy and feels heavy. The vinyl is nice and thick with a flat edge. I think it might be my favorite High on Fire so far. ^"Samsara" is on the US version. It is the 2nd track on side B.

I got my purple white copy of Dream Punx from IVWT today. Really great record. It reminds me of late 80's 4AD stuff. The name of the band and the album contradict the sound, in my opinion. Though I guess "My Bloody Valentine" was already taken.

Sounds more like Joan Jett on guitar to me. Either way, sounds good to me.
