And finally, they said I could either get a black or a refund and I'd rather have the record than not at all. This whole thing has been so damn ridiculous. If it wasn't for wanting some of their represses, I'd say fuck SRC and I would never, ever buy from them again.

Ridiculous. Not sure how anyone can defend SRC and this behavior.

Worst customer service ever was shop radio cast. I received a packaged with 6 vinyl with extremely bent corners and just damaged really bad. I was really upset and emailed them right away.
 
The email told me that is how they got them, and with vinyl there are no such thing as "non bent corners"
 
I laughed and sent this email out to as many people as I could. 
 
They told me to send them back and i could get a full refund. I sent them an email about 2 weeks after they received them. They said they had a lot of returns to go through (i wonder why) and that it would take them a bit and to be "patient"
 
So it came around to a month, and they said they were still going through with them. I had to call my card company and file a official complaint through them to see if they would get back my $150 I spent
 
After 2 days that i did this, i received my refund. Looks like you have to do this in order to get your money back from them. 
 
I will never order from them again. 
 
Best service i have had is hot topic, they always package them great to get to me correctly, and kings road.

So now I sent back my damaged record, they received it yesterday, and the dude from SRC said he needs to wait until the weekend to personally take my record to his home, listen to each side, and determine if there are, indeed, scratches, dings, and surface noise. The physically evidence is on the records. JUST GIVE ME A NEW FUCKING COPY. Thank you, VC for letting me vent to you today and every day.

After over twenty emails spanning a week with SRC trying to get a replacement for my scratched-to-Hell record and ripped jacket and sleeves, sending them multiple photos and elaborating in full detail what the problem was, having them question my judgement telling me to clean the record in various emails, saying "it'll do the trick," they told me that if I send it back and they deem that it is in fact damaged, they will send me another one. Gotta love some good customer service. 

Bahahahahahahaha $30 in "Amazon Fees."

I really don't care one way or the other, but what could the need to sell on Amazon in the first place possibly be? They have their own store.

I really do want clear and red like the rest of ya'll, but really, at the end of the day, it doesn't make any difference at all. Why the black copies are taking so long to get shipped is what I really want to know.

I don't understand anybody saying that it will take a while to sink in... (Okay, I do understand, but ugh) this album is so groovy and catchy and the lyrics are tops and I just love it, I don't see what's not to love about it if you're an AF fan.

Probably the only record I ever significantly overpaid for, but it came with the Puppets 7" and was only like $76 after shipping. It was a cheer-myself-up gift.
