  1. The single LP reissue of Core that was released a few years ago on RSD sounds horrible. This record is too long for 1 xlp The 3 sided MOV is much better version of this record
  2. Confirmed two variants will be available - White belt colored limited to 1k - Clear hair gel limited to 2k No sleeve for album jacket. They were cut off
  3. Really loved ZAM. A much more mature release than the generic garage/psych they were putting out before Will be going with the indie at my local as the shipping prices from Reverb and Greenway are a turnoff The album artwork for the release is also way too busy. New single was excellent though
  4. Around The Fur>White Pony>Adrenaline> ST>Diamond Eyes>Koi> Saturday Night Wrist>Gore Keep in mind that my real interest in the band was up to and including ST with probably about 15 live shows between 97 and 03ish. Musical tastes changed over time but I can still get into ATF and White Pony without issue . Diamond Eyes is a strong highlight of their catalog but past my extreme fan stages of band. Easily the best album of the later era of their career
  5. Matt has no influence over how shitty src is. Poly is not pressing or releasing the new hum. Just distributing it
  6. Pretty much every statement I have read in the last few days is an attempted apology blanketed in deflection and excuses

  8. Not a bad thing. Was just pointing out that they arent really unique and used The Fall analogy On an album note, I think this may just be Protomartyrs best album
  9. Live at the witch trials, hex education hour, this nation's saving grace. That will give you a varied taste. After that I would say dragnet, grotesque, perverted by language. Pretty much anything outside of that is going to be a personal taste, difficult to listen to or spotty.
  10. Not really unique. It's like a modern day version of The Fall with better production. For yourself or anyone new, start with this and go backwards from there. They really grew as musicians and song writers quite a bit. Lyrically still the same quality writing
  11. I am well aware of discogs. Just not looking to pay above average on something that is not rare at all
  12. I am still shocked with the amount of collectors that dont own a vinyl flat. For 200 bucks it's a no brainier. Had one for about 5 or so years. Never have to worry about this problem. P.s. I would say the original poster problem is quite common these days. I call it dishing/bowling and its apparent on 1 side and not so much the other

  14. Anyone who is preordering a Flaming Lips record in 2020 is someone who likes gambling. If I put their quality material from the last 15 or so year on 1 record, it would be a 10 inch EP
  15. You could always switch them. I dont know many records that you dont have to actual sleeve anyways
  16. Dont think anyone held onto plates for 30 years to roll them out now. This is probably the same cut as the version they have kept in print
