Heard that on the Vault somewhere, Ben Swank said they were sending Vault 13 to last names alphabetically (A to Z), so for Vault 14, they’re doing it backwards (Z to A).

It had been a month with no word, so I emailed and dropped the phrase "filing a claim with my credit card company"....Wouldn't you know it, they got back to me in under 24 hours and my refund hit my account shortly thereafter
