Yeah, the Hawks might have benefitted more from the back-to-back as well. My Kings in 6 prediction is looking pretty bad, but I'll go with the old standby....'nothing has happened in a series until the home team loses a game'. Kings aren't dead yet, just mostly dead.

Well I guess I'm a freak show then. I started collecting a 2-3 years ago, but haven't got a turntable yet. I haven't been in a hurry because I can listen to most anything on my Rhapsody subscription anywhere(Sonos rules for home use). And to cement my status as the biggest-loser-on-VC-without-a-turntable...........I even have a Vault subscription

Nice comeback by the Hawks. Detroit fans are now feeling 1% of the pain Leafs fans felt a few weeks ago. I'll go with Kings in 6 and Pens in 5.

Garbage call imo - much more often than not that would be a 2 minute minor. Either way, Detroit didn't get it done and probably blew their chance.

I give Boston very little chance against Pittsburgh(Rangers ain't coming back). Letang can screw up 2 or 3 times a game, Vokoun can be average, and they still put up 5-7 goals easily. Pittsburgh vs LA would be awesome. Great to see the Kings get one for Bob Miller last year. Other than Dustin Brown they're easy to root for.

I've been a huge Leafs fan for 35+ years, and that was just BRUTAL. Still a good year, and they'll be back. I don't live in Canada, but I sort of get the hate since they're the center of the hockey universe up there.
