I'm going to try for Santa Barbara tickets. Ah, I hope I can get them. I saw them play Coachella in 2004, but have never seen them play a headlining date.

Sorry if this has been talked about before, but I saw that there was an XL release of the Bends from 2016. Anyone know if this has better sound quality than the From the Vaults Capitol release (which I have, that sounds pretty awful)?

Yeah, that's what I was hoping for, grabbing the Face to Face set. I was just wondering if anyone had been there and maybe some people are lingering around so they end up closing at 6:15 or something. I'll try to leave early enough, but I'm in town training for work, so leaving early isn't really up to me. I will be trying though.

Does anyone know how strict the Fat Wreck Store sticks to its 4-6pm opening time? I'll be down in Santa Clara for work and would love to check it out on the 16th, but doubt I'd be able to make it up to San Francisco before 6 with traffic and everything.

Yes! Got the two Unwound box sets that I didn't have, and the Bedhead box set was only $50, so I grabbed that as well.

I also picked it up after hearing the two tracks online. Haven't listened to the actual LP yet, but I'm hoping to do so tomorrow. Sounds really cool from what I've heard.

For what it's worth, my copy sounds pretty good (online exclusive color). There is a little bit of noise at the beginning of the first track, but the rest of side 1 sounds great. Haven't made it on to side 2 yet, but I'm happy with side 1. I hope they get things sorted out for you guys that are experiencing problems.
