  1. Yeah, I got a tracking number about a month before it shipped, and then it finally updated last week.
  2. This album was always overshadowed for me by Illinois and I don't think I ever really gave it a fair listen. I probably couldn't even name any songs off of it. I'll have to change that.
  3. Got mine today. They sent me black instead of the tri-colored that I ordered. Oh well. I’ll give it a listen later tonight.
  4. All of them? I have one coming from Amazon today, so I guess I'll find out soon.
  5. https://www.discogs.com/Jónsi-Frakkur-2000-2004/release/11349189 For some reason I never heard of there being a 5th LP released for that festival, this one of just unreleased Jonsi solo stuff. I wonder why they didn't repress this one for RSD too.
  6. Sigur Ros just posted that they are sold out on their allocation. Well, at least I was able to get 2 of them, so I just have to pay aftermarket prices on 2 instead of 4 of them.
  7. Yeah, no luck here either. Tried for about 45 minutes before giving up and heading to work. Now it looks like they're gone from the site, so, sold out I'm guessing?
  8. Yeah, I agree. Not super into the new songs. But, I’m excited there’s a Salt Lake date for this summer. It’s been a super long time since I’ve seen these guys live.
  9. Hm, I really like Pinback and some of his solo albums, but I'm not too familiar with a lot of his other bands. I need to look into this. It probably won't sell out anytime soon, right?
  10. Also available from Amazon for ~$31. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B075G5KT3G/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1518065755&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=dave+chapelle+vinyl&dpPl=1&dpID=41aDJfzGaoL&ref=plSrch Currently out of stock, but I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago, and it didn’t take long to get fulfilled.

  12. Does anyone know any current ccmusic or deepdiscount coupon codes?
  13. http://store.doomtree.net/category/chime "Chime, my new album, will be released on February 23rd, 2018. It’s 11 tracks, a couple of years in the making, and the collective effort of some old friends (Lazerbeak, Cecil Otter, Paper Tiger) and some new collaborators (both hands pointing to Andy Thompson). It’s got some rap songs and some pop songs and one song about determinism that name-drops Saint Thomas Aquinas. The single, "Fire Drills," is out now. And the album pre-order is up and running. (If you've been with us for a while, you know how important the pre-order is for indie labels like ours.) Assorted physical packages from the Doomtree store include handwritten lyrics, limited-edition apparel, new poetry, and a wooden money clip engraved with GET RICH SLOW: http://smarturl.it/DessaChime.) I’m lucky to have connected with a listenership that’s willing to support my work across disciplines—to read my essays that have nothing to do with music, or attend a science lecture, or check out a poetry reading. Now, I’m enormously excited to make a return to making records. This album, like those past, will be released by Doomtree, the independent group of artists with whom I’ve worked for all of my adult life. Industry norms dictate that a pop musician should release a full-length record every year and a half, lest she risk losing the interest of her listeners. Thanks for the patience while I finished this shit. I don't want to jinx it, but I think 2018 is gonna be a hell of a year. More news soon. -Dess." Standard edition on black vinyl and deluxe version on signed clear vinyl. "Collector's edition" with handwritten lyrics and a unique Polaroid is already sold out.
