Sunday will be a stressful day, fingers crossed for Holiday inn again! Me & some friends are heading to NYC first, then to Orlando then to Tampa for pre fest etc. Any suggestions for decent bars / venues in new york? Hopefully some bands will be touring down as well. The worst thing about fest is once you've gone, you want to be there all the time.

that's pretty cool & something I've just started doing today by accident as at work they have a new gym and there's no barbell / squat rack or even a smiths so I'm having to make do with a few machines and 25kg DBs. Dropped weights, kept the reps at 10-12 (thats what this week should be for the program i'm on). Lets see if it has the results in 2 weeks time and I get back to normal....

I went mental when this happened (being a boro fan) apparently the bobble was caused by a bottle cap. Whatever, our season has been over since the Blackburn game. Some rebuilding in the summer and we'll be up the top next season, getting promoted back to where we belong. I can't believe some "bigger" clubs haven't come in for George Friend yet, needs to work on some parts of his game but he is top quality.

I always refer to primavera sound as the "pitchfork festival" in europe so this line up doesn't surprise me. Still pretty good though.

I've just realised I have energy bills to pay & it's wayyyy more than I think it should be for 24 days. I don't know where my meters are as i've only been in here a month and been away half of it. Can't be arsed with this on my first day home URGH. first world problem.

After travelling via sea, air twice & road yesterday with added Nandos and being up 19 hours; I've just had one of the best sleeps ever. Now to go to the gym so I can feel even better about myself
