OK can some of you help me update the OP? I want to update it to appease the people with 16 posts who are easily annoyed. I'm typing up Nas, Girls 2 sndtk, Palo Alto sndtk, Young the Giant, Julia Holter, Lana Del Rey. What else needs to go up? Anyone buy a Lana Del Rey and know what color it is? Also, for those interested in deals, I found a 4 Men With Beards press of The Velvet Underground & Nico gatefold LP for $9.99, so keep your eyes open for that one too.

Went to a few stores on payday yesterday, and I came away with: Atmosphere "Seven's Travels" 3xLP, Raekwon's "Built for Cuban Linx" 2xLP on purple, and the Four Tet "LateNightTales" 2xlp for 9.99 each. (Super psyched for all 3!) Also grabbed the newest Kurt Vile EP and Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" 12" for $4.99 each, and that Matador RSD sampler LP with the live QOTSA track on it for $1,99, This is all in addition to a handful of items that were previously mentioned. Also, two of four stores I went to had the new Lana Del Rey exlclusive, for those of you that are looking for it, it is out there. One store even put an entire case of 50 out in the store. Yea, I went on Sunday and was super bummed that Captured Tracks had nothing but two Widowspeak records on colored vinyl. Wish they had a clue how businesses run at that company. Would have bought 6 lp's they have in the online store if they brought them to the show. DFA was a let down too, but they don't have too much I am looking for, but again, why couldn't they bring the 40 records they have in the webstore, instead of 15. Ugh. Mostly bought stuff from the Other Music table, which saved me a trip.

VP is sick. I love their Cashew "Chicken". I miss VP2Go which was where Red Bamboo is now. Also: -Heaven Street all the way! Love that place. -Near Other Music is Dojo Restaurant, which I guess is super trendy, but I highly recommend their Hijiki Tofu (fried tofu w / seaweed and a thick bbq/soy sauce, DO IT.) Also, Forbidden Planet (comics), Flight Club (sneakers), and Strand (books) are all like, 100 feet away from one another. All are worth a look.

Anyone go to this today? If so, how was it? Curious what goodies DFA and Captured Tracks had. Might make the trek tomorrow.

MaskedVigilante on here can suck it. Sold him a sealed, nm Slipknot record for $11 shipped before Christmas. Sent it quickly with tracking, then he left me a neutral this week saying the corners had "excessive corner bends" that it definitely did not have when I shipped it. Kinda fumes me that he never emailed me in the last month. I would have sent him another copy had he mentioned anything. Shitty buyer in my book. Bottom line: Zero Communication and/or is too sensitive with his grading and/or doesn't think things will ever get bumped around in the mail.
