Loving this album, Frances killed it on every song. Found myself walking around this morning yelling "None of this is gonna happen to me!". Insanely catchy

I'm assuming he's referring to them advertising on this site. Although I assume that's just an add service that does it for them.

I think it's pretty punk rock and awesome if you go through life with a two grade system- 'warped/unplayable' and 'fucking buy it'- but I can't really use that system in the shared reality that I must opt into each time I sell/buy records from actual people.

Looks like they are having a sale, LPs are $12 and tapes are $3.60. I grabbed that new King Tuff color repress and that Davila 666 singles comp since its 2xLP and still $12. Not sure how long the sale lasts. Wanna grab a that new Tomorrows Tulips and a few more things before they up the price $8, but I've spent a lot this weekend.

I got a few other things, but nothing too exciting. RSD releases didn't excite me, got the Tomahawk 7". 1 sided 7", ugh. Is that better than putting the same songs on both sides? I think so.

ughh man, never had a problem with them. the only "problem" was getting a $9 record with media mail(record was like $4.50 on sale), they sent it priority and got it in 2 days instead of 20, they actually lost money on that transaction. I felt kinda bad. It's $18.97 (about $23 including shipping). And the way they censored the dick is hilarious. Wish I could post it, can't find the "hide" function.

Longest pre-order I think I've done. Then media mail takes another month to get here from the east coast, most likely will forget about this until it arrives.

After 10 years of waiting to buy a Surf Nazis Must Die-Anti Everything 7"at a reasonable price(they go for $40-$60), found 2 copies within a week for $5 each in the used bin. Both were different versions, different covers, inserts, both had the "How to fuck this record" insert. This was the first: 

Then a few days later I found a copy (called the "Sieg Hiel, Count XLarsX edition") that's numbered, screen printed front and back and limited to 100(though this one is blank where there is supposed to be a #. Says "No. ___ of 100 copies ARSCHLOCH!!" This version is hard to find with all the stuff included(patch,pin) but it had everything. Didn't look like anyone had played it or taken it out of the sleeve. I told the owner what its worth and that I'd pay more, but he declined:

Ok. Tonight was a mindfuck. Anyone who was there will attest. Andy Kaufman's daughter came onstage and claimed he was alive. It was. It was...I can't tell you how it was, only that it was as real as any reality that i've seen. and yeah. I get that it is - could - might all be a hoax. That was the only and last thing I want to say. it was fucking fucked up. She said he is alive and that the passing of his father this July made him want to reach out via her- to Michael, Andy's brother. She said he is watching the award entries, semi and finalists with great interest always. He just wanted to disappear. To be a father. To be an observer. As much as this seems like bullshit as I type it, it was as real as anything I've ever seen. There is video. It was chilling, upsetting and absolutely intriguing. I bawled my eyes out. The entire room was freaked out. It was, if nothing else, brilliant. and incredibly mindfuckng and AWESOME.
