This is some minority report shit! Played COD a bit tonight, super boring... luckily i got it free through work. Assassin's Creed BF is cool and FIFA 14 is AWESOME, you can use kinect to shout orders at your team, make substitutions etc, so fucking cool.

I liked it! Totally personal of course, i find the PS one to be outdated now. My point - which seems to have been totally lost - was that i didn't feel like Sony made any effort to improve the interface or experience much at all in seven years, i don't expect it to be the same this time round but it does put me off buying the console straight away, i'd like to see what they pull out the bag over the next year or so.

Haha. Just saying what I think, I own both and I prefer Xbox, that's all. I'm not trying to wind you up in any way.

It's just so far behind, don't get me wrong, it was way better than microsoft's to start with. But the xbox menu system is far slicker, it's easier to use, customisable and integrates with their cloud storage well. I'm definitely not an MS fanboy, i don't own a single other MS product but as someone who has a fair bit of knowledge around design and UX, MS has shit on Sony in that respect towards the end of this cycle.

Oh of course but but now we're at the end of this cycle, it'd be hard to argue that Sony's seven year old OS is better than what MS have on the current xbox. It was super slick and stylish to start with and i far preferred it to MS at that point but it really has aged, it's poor in comparison now and it's definitely suffered for the lack of real updates in that time.

I didn't say that Sony got it wrong last time, just that i didn't feel like they were committed to improving it throughout the console's lifespan.

Xbox One for me i'm afraid. I think Microsoft have and will continue to improve this console way beyond what Sony will manage. I own a 360 and PS3 and i've not switched my PS3 on for months, the very fact that in seven years Sony have barely touched the OS while MS have overhauled their twice makes me wary of how committed they will be this time around but i'm totally willing to be proved wrong. Looks like they're having hardware problems with some of the units going out at the moment, too.

Love the idea of things like this but until they produce something that allows me to put my travel card, season ticket, loyalty cards etc on it and can guarantee that anywhere i go i can use it i.e cabs, small shitty shops and let me take cash out with it... i can't see it really making life easier for me.

Love this video! These cameras are so much fun, i got a contour to take videos of my and my buddies on a ski/snowboard trip in jan this year (actually made a full video edit for my dad as he got me into it and misses the snow since he had to stop going) and they came out amazing, can't recommend them highly enough, so fucking cool.

Got my Gustin rainbow nep last week, really nice but certainly not quite the fit i was expecting, they're more of a modern straight fit as opposed to slim i feel but maybe that's because i'm so used to my APC PS. However, i did just pull the trigger on some Naked and Famous Okayama Spirit 16oz, unsanforized in the super skinny guy fit, i'm so excited to get them as i've heard a lot of talk about the denim being some of the best N&F have produced. They're going to be brutal to break in, i've never gone anything past 14.5oz in a skinny jean before.

Red Wing. I absolutely love mine. Aside from that, my only recommendation is to man up and spend some wedge on a pair cos you get what you pay for when it comes to boots.

I agree with us not playing that well, i thought the scoreline flattered us and we really lost our discipline without the ball when Flamini went off. That said, in the periods where we were on top, we were brilliant and it's nice to win a game with four awesome goals and not four scrappy ones which is how we did it last season albeit with a poorer performance. Ramsey is playing incredibly, the crowd were loving him yesterday and i really hope he can keep it up, i can't think of a player i want to win trophies with Arsenal more than him. I think we're creeping towards being title contenders, the next month will be the real test with liverpool, utd (chelsea maybe?) and two dortmund games and if we come through that i'll allow myself to get excited. I also think Wenger is going to bring in a 30m+ striker in jan, he dropped a hint about us being "very happy" by may next year and i personally don't think we can win the league without bringing in players in the next window. My money's on Benzema.

First game back at the Emirates after my honeymoon yesterday. Holy fuck, we went to sleep for about 15 mins before and after HT but other than that we were great and unplayable in parts. First goal was ridiculous, from my seat it looked like the assist was a lucky deflection until i saw the replay, wow. for those of you that didn't see it:

Absolutely, i think this was the point he was making with Exit Through The Gift shop, backing Mr Brainwash (who's free exhibition i went to in London last year...) publicly and watching as people snapped up his work for extortionate amounts without really having any knowledge of the artist - i believe he actually sold most of his pieces for one exhibition before it was even opened. I personally like Banksy's stuff, living in London it was hard to not stumble upon his pieces dotted about.
