Ballisticgoat
I definitely like the slower drums and guitar. It will be interesting if the rest of the songs are similar in fashion.
alogical
Never really listened to them before. Song is awesome though.
smeepo
The new song is quite a bit different than anything else they have released, which I don't think is a bad thing. It reminds me of the songs on the Woman EP and the Cardinal, Cardinal - Distant Lovers EP. I greatly enjoy Dads' heavier tunes, though. corey.
I like this a lot and personally like their less heavy stuff, so I'm really looking forward to this album.
alogical
I've listened to Cardinal, Cardinal maybe that's why it sounds familiar.
dvv
The vocals and production are such a step up, Then again the production before was why I like this band a lot. But the new song still sounds great.

corey.
Does anyone know why the drastic change from American Radass in artwork/title tracks and what not? And their strong support of gender equality, etc. etc. Which are all good things, but I kind of missed the "bakefest at piffany's" titled tracks and FUCK written on the miley cyrus poster on American Radass Just curious what sparked this sudden positivity/seriousness. Musically though, I have a feeling their new album is gonna be their best work yet. I've already played this "but" song like 10 times ha. batnoises and YouLoveHisWife
batnoises
this is pretty killer, I can't wait to hear the full album.

One of them made a bunch of tumblr posts about using women as tools for sex and how their identity doesn't matter and shit like that. It actually got pretty graphic. I think they're trying to change and make up for it. corey. and batnoises

I just kind of miss the "carefree" dads as far as like artwork and stuff goes haha. Still dig the band regardless and their new artwork, I just like it in a different way I guess. I loved the artwork for American Radass and the semi-sarcastic "don't give a shit/smoke weed everyday" attitude. It is nice hearing/seeing a band grow and develop though, especially when it's in a positive direction. corey.
