As a Detroit Lions fan, I'm very grateful we're starting the season off with the Rams (no offense to any Rams fans), because week two against the 49ers is going to be tough. Agreed on playing Garcon. Can't wait for games tomorrow. In non-fantasy talk, how about the Saints players getting to play this week? I wonder what kind of game-shape they are in. There's something weird about the whole situation, though. How can the head coach be suspended a year for the situation but none of the player's suspended? I have a Sirius subscription but watching the Jets game today would be obviously be much better than listening. There was one site I used a couple times last year but the video constantly froze and I believe it got shut down anyway. If you know of one and wanted to PM me a link, I would greatly appreciate it. I guess the NFL didn't do a good enough job of proving their case, but the fact is, this seriously undermines the NFL's authority. I'm not saying that Goodell is the best commish we've ever had, but he is the authority and I personally think it's absurd that his ruling can be overturned. The NFLPA put him in charge and when they didn't like how he handled things, they decided to go above him. I don't know... I'm just not a fan. Those videos they released about taking out some of those 49ers players were pretty convincing in my opinion. On a happier note, other than the religious remembrance, I think the start of football season is wayyyyyy better than Christmas!! Only 15 minutes until kickoff!!
