I barely am familiar with that album and absolutely unfamiliar with anything afterwards, but I'll give it a listen. Candyass just hit me at the right time in my adolescence to make a mark. But I'm glad we got Vapor Transmission at all, since they're famous for the Blue Monday cover, which is alright to meh imo. I remember the talk about Jay Gordon accidentally deleting all the PSP files and them having to rerecord from scratch. Maybe just an unlucky release, but such an amazing album at that. Visually, it appeared to have a couple of specks pressed into it, BUT I test played it and it did not affect playback at all, so it may just be my eyes playing tricks. Gonna clean them up and give them a listen tonight. My concern is that they're on the surface and can damage my stylus. I oughtta bring out my old AT-LP120 for this kinda shit... Never seen them like that in a translucent record. I put then in front of a long line of records that needed to be cleaned first. But oh well.
