mcm1610 Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Someone explained it all to me, which made me think for a second it was a well-done logo, but then I looked at it again and disagreed. It's got the compass bit pointing "True North" for their owners, the maple leaf representing Canada, the old name and a jet representing their past, but a new logo for the future. I don't get why they would trade Carter and Richards this year though. Figure Prongers got one good year left in him, and they basically threw away the core of the team for last few years for a goalie with shitty playoff performances.
