¯\_(ツ)_/¯
apparently its already done. then probably a couple days. when players retire, its different than players just leaving for the KHL. I dont think the owners/GM's can do anything to prevent a player from retiring.
companyinkrecs
I must say, this Devils offseason has been far more exciting than the past season itself.

IanRees
I dont think he wanted to leave the Kings period. I could see him coming back after this season when the cap goes back up.

Could be... he only signed with the Ducks for one year... Who knows. I'm not quite sure why we signed him, but I'm happy about it.
KennyFuckingPowers
Im sorry you now have Carcillo on your team. As Im slowly starting to despise the Kings for the same reasons I despised the Flyers....

BuzzersonKillwell
I hope so! I'm planning a trip to CA and need to figure out how and where to watch the Bruins opener. Ian, you ever been to the Little Bar in LA? Supposedly a Bruins bar.

Ian, you ever been to the Little Bar in LA? Supposedly a Bruins bar. I havn't but there is a Boston bar in Hermosa Beach called Fat Face Finners Fishshack. Its overlooks the prominade and is steps from the beach. Fun fact, most of the Kings live in Hermosa Beach. If you make it out here lemme know, ill come grab a beer and watch my 2nd fav team in the NHL with yah.

thechrisformat
Adam Proteau @ProteautypeFor what it's worth, I heard from a veteran hockey executive today who thinks the NHL's next expansion will put teams in Seattle...& Vegas. Vegas?! I mean, it would be tempting to go out for a weekend trip if the Rangers played there on a Friday or Saturday, and I'm sure CA teams would travel, but Vegas doesn't seem like a hockey city... at all. BuzzersonKillwell
I've heard Seattle a lot. Quebec City has been trying to get a team back for a while as well. I too have a hard time seeing Vegas and hockey.

The Rangers are playing the Kings at MGM for this years Frozen Fury that the Kings usually play 2 games against the AVs during the preseason.
